still not giving up on my dodge or inherence/Chevy's-truck v8's/440's/540-hemi and TR6060's nice trying boarding-room/accounting types it's easier to sell me on ( i know that im not the only one but others miss the g3 V8 and or aren't interested in L6 or BEV or fuel-cell's ) the REV-2026/BEV's or maybe-fuel-cell/hybrid REX as the EPA/local can be a painful experience with anything newer than ~1980's~ and worse after ~2015~

I'm sure you all figured it out by now, but you DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT 4.30 gears with the ZF 8 speed unless you're rock crawling. I have 3.90 gears in my Chrysler, and 1st gear is over (6500 rpm) at 27mph. The 1-2 shift happens just before the 60' mark- not the fastest way down the 1/4 mile.

Ya if money is no problem there are a lot of options but the reason ls are so popular is because there are a lot in the junkyard you can get and put a camshaft in and build a turbo kit and all the other stuff fuel and trans and mounts, tune and stuff and you can make and easy 600, 700hp you probably want to do a little more if you want to make more but aside from opening up the ring gap you don't have to do much till you get to like 1000 hp

Agreed, I get what Dodge is trying to do but they're kinda calling it too early. Yes, cheap Hemis are around, but nearly as easy to find and upgrade. As for anything besides that, nobodys swapping any of their old V6's into something lmao.

Don’t leave out the aftermarket support as well. Plenty of options to replace everything if you wanted to. And if you wanted to keep things stock the replacement parts are cheap. It has everything going for it.
