Dear Dr, Can you please recommend a good zinc oxide sunscreen with spf 50? I need something that can even protect against visible light. I am constantly on my phone and looking at a computer that hurt the skin on my face. I also have a problem tolerating light that peaks through from other room/corridor when I'm in my room hoping for complete darkness. I find sunscreen makes it tolerable...a little but I want a best one even if I end up looking like a ghost.
