Many people are concerned with whether or not they're getting enough of the proper nutrients from the foods they're eating. I could watch and hear to you guys for hours and hours. YES, I would love to see more daily vlogs as an inspiration for my new start of eating vegan. I just found you guys a week ago and I’m hooked on you and your family. I’ve been plant based now going on a year. Love seeing your family time at the beach. I grew up in Florida and visit several times a year. Headed to Manasota Key/Englewood next week and cannot wait to be "home". I've been sharing your content with my husband, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. He has a good prognosis, but a journey ahead. He has now made the switch to a WFPB lifestyle as well (I started ahead of him) and we love nourishing our bodies and how much improvement we have seen in our mental clarity, digestion, sleep, etc. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for sharing with us!

I took my supplements pre vegan. Used to take, calcium, Vitamin D & Omega 3. Now with better awareness I take B12 & Omega 3. During the summer time I work for 3 months on a seasonal contract. I do take a Vitamin D and potentially a magnesium. I also up my food intake to 4 meals 3500 calories with my busy schedule and drop about 4-5kg.

I am glad you talked about shifting the lens on wellness. It can get a little overwhelming when we focus so hard on trying to be perfect with our nutrition. Overall balance is what we should strive for. Great video.

I loved this video! I think going off of what Dusty was saying about approaching things with gratitude instead of fear is what helps people receive the message of health and love too. Encourage the people around you to add in positive things (food, thoughts, movement, etc) and eventually there is so much good that you don’t have the space on your plate for what’s causing harm.
