I really enjoyed this message....even though it convicted me. I relate to Ken very much in the sense I had been a lifelong Christian but could definitely be guilty of the sin of complacency. Sometimes, I have to admit that I could have been a Colosseum Christian. I do not say this meaning that I would have been one of those first-generation Christians who died under the emperor Nero. I say this meaning that I could have been one of those spoiled, later generation Christians who were spectators along side the emperor Trajan to watch the Gladiator games. This was such an amazing episode. I love the topic. I also love hearing godly men speak truth. More godly men are needed to spread the Gospel. Christians don’t realize that they can live a sinless life as Jesus did because MOST pastors don’t believe it or teach it. We must study the Word for ourselves. Remember that Jesus came to be our example for living. He didn’t just come to die for us.
