Just bought the book; looking forward to it, thank you for this interview. The world needs to know how great our God is! When we make Him small we are big and think all He does is to serve us. We are happiest and the most fulfilled when we are small, humbled before such majesty and splendor!! I pray the world doesn’t just get the tag ‘Christian’ but learns this awesome fear of the Lord!! Christian nationalism ? The term scares me. The Bible says that we are pilgrim and that we are salt and light. The Kingdom of our Lord on Earth at his second venue, yes. Christian nationalism ?? The old dream of Constantine and Theodose? Christian nationalism must be seen under the full spectrum of church history, and frankly Christianity is healthiest when it is in the minority and tested... that's the reality... a bunch of dictators that Louis XIV and Hitler thought were chosen by God. Germans fought with the slogan "Gott mit uns" and French fought with "Dieu, famille, patrie". As an european evangelical I'm scared when I see pastors mixed with politics on TV, and when I see politicals put God everywhere. Beware of Christian amnesia. One of the only incredible exemple of christian comittement in high spheres I have is Wilberforce, and this is the hand of God making him change when he was already in politics.

I found this interview so profound and insightful. As a parent of a gay son, my heart ached. Our young boys are suffering for so many reasons and have been traumatized by molestation and pornography and other cultural demons. We need to talk about this and help our young people know their parents are there for them and they understand what has happened to them and will support them as they heal.

It is sad, and indeed exhausting, to the guest’s point, when anyone from any religion misunderstands this! That said, members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints heed the Divine phrase, “If you love me keep my commandments.” It is only in that Spirit that we properly “do all we can do.”

Becket my testimony is almost the same, when I was born again Christian I was immediately struggling with my liberal ideas & positions. I had to submit my life to God.

I found the part about the breakdown of sexual norms very illuminating. I agree, many do not understand the philosophy behind the push for perversion. This is very serious! People need to wake up!

I don't understand the complexity. We just must confess the Word. Satan is a copy cat. He takes what is of God and usurps it, turns it and makes it his own. Yes Beckett you are right. We encourage ourselves by speaking the truth - the word of God! So simple.

Listened to this twice and my husband. So blessed and encouraged. New International Version When you walk, they will guide you; when you sleep, they will watch over you; when you awake, they will speak to you. All of the above is so true regarding the bible. Proverbs 6 v 22. When you spend time reading the bible, not out of duty, but out of delight, you are encouraged, filled with hope, challenged and the more you read the more you want to read and are filled with the awareness of God's never ending love
