I've heard that general gist of 5-minute-bites at tasks and finally your delivery of that same message impacted my little brain!! Thank you so much for addressing these issues because I for one resonate with your take on them. You are very much appreciated.

I watched 3.5 minutes worth of the full video. And I want to pause, to be able to do a raw reaction, but I'm loving the metaphor so far. We can talk about this on my channel, or I'll do a reaction video shortly, my friend! Much respect. You're a good man with great insight as always!

It has been 6 months since I have started watching your videos and not even therapy has helped me like they did. You are a fresh perspective to this tiresome life. So thank you Can you please make a video on addiction, shame and guilt in more depth but addictions specially?

Thank you for your videos, Dr Maloney! I am in a similar situation, but I have a question: how would tweak your suggestions if the project I’m working on has a deadline?

Hi, I’m struggling with consistency, especially with studying and self-awareness. My exams are approaching, and I have no established study habits. I have guilt of wasting so many years and doing anything for my academics, my mental and physical health, my relation with my family. I find it hard to be patient or compassionate with myself because I feel that I don't deserve it and it won't be worth it. I realize that journaling could have helped me track my patterns and identify my weaknesses earlier, but I don’t know how to start now. How can I begin journaling daily in a way that helps me understand my study habits, patterns, and beliefs, while also staying consistent and making progress in my life without feeling overwhelmed?
