I recently found your channel and have watched several of your videos which have been extremely helpful. My son, recently turned 21, suffered a stroke at birth resulting in a form of CP and also has extreme anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. He has taken some college courses, never a full load, and only takes classes online. We purchased the Florida Pre Paid Tuition plan for him after he was born and this has paid for his tuition. He lives at home because he is not 100% independent due to his physical disability. Would the Florida Pre Paid program count as a resource when we apply for SSI and does he have to pay us $334 in rent in order to receive the full monthly benefit? Would the SEIE apply if he only takes 1 or 2 classes online or does he have to take a certain number of credit hours of in-person classes?
