Hink, Just a quick input on the "steel chord" I am not a doctor, but I had something similar that felt like a nerve but was not sensitive. I was able to get it to go away with soft massages. I am convinced it was some plaque. But yes Very interested in a follow-up video.

I've gained about 2", maybe a little more. I started at 5.4" (maybe 5.5") took a pic at 6.1" and am now stretched completely out, 7.9". BPEL is around 7.5". I will say that I've been doing P/E for YEARS. I started in my late 20's and am now in my 40's. So yeah, you can keep gaining but it will take a LONG time. I will say I was not consistent and didn't know all the things I know now so MAYBE I could have gained faster, idk.

Hink I have been doing hanging and pumping for about 2 months and I have not seen any gains tbh, only flaccid. Not feeling very motivated atm but I'm going to continue till the end of this year.

Hello Hink, thanks again for making a video on my idea and for showing my comment on the post on reddit, that was really cool. I remember seeing one of your reddit comment talking about you having a self-destructive brain and I have the same shit as my brain keeps telling me that I am probably a hard-gainer or non-responder. What I do find interesting though is that, most of these non-responders or hard-gainers, usually aren't people from your course? Doesnt that hint towards the fact that it may be user error? Also, I'm planning on buying your course. Can you substitute manuals for something else? I think that manuals are difficult to get right.

Unfortunately I’ve pumped for over a year between using a bath mate and electric pump. Anywhere from 5-7 days a week often times twice a day anywhere from 10 minutes to 15 minutes with a break between the sets. I’ve experimented with L-Argentine and Citrulline and experimented with Cialis. I’ve had no gains up to this point in girth or length. When I use Cialis I have a better flaccid length and girth and stronger erection of course, but nothing that I can qualify as gains. I’ve experimented with different set times, pressures, and days on versus off but unfortunately nothing for me.

have you consistently done pressures between 10 to 14 inches of mercury for five minute sets for a total time of about 20 to 30 minutes seven days a week combined with some sort of length exercise prior to?

@@DocHink good point. I’m averaging two 10 minute sets with a 2 min break between. When I first started I was doing 10-12 minutes straight twice a day. In terms of pressure, yes. I’ll try to switch up the timing per your suggestions.

do the exercises that you enjoy doing so you’re more motivated to do them. And try to hit them at least twice a week. Ideally exercises where you get the muscle flexed but extended a.k.a. negative reps. I appreciate the comment

Thanks for all the help Hink ! Please tell me if you have time: I've been using my Bathmate Extreme 7 for 2 weeks now and if I pump too hard I get really dizzy after and it takes me about 1 or 2 hours to get back to normal... in this time I feel I cannot really do much physical activity. I know I am not supposed to pump too hard and I am trying to not go overboard but was that reaction normal ? I felt really dizzy and I felt like you would feel if you would Flex your muscles as hard as you could for a few good seconds and you didn't breath in that time and then you feel all numb and dizzy and you feel like fainting... I felt like a very low verion of that but the worst part is I needed almost 2 hours for it to pass completely. What causes this ? Did I do anything wrong other then pumping too hard or 2 much ?

We're you using a different pump before the bathmate extreme 7? What if you try using the extreme 7 without the handball. Maybe it'll be less pressure and a lesser chance of feeling dizzy.

I use a 2.25 by 12 pump and I can tell I am a hard gainer especially in the length department. As far as girth goes I can pack it full but that probably alot of water and nitrogen retention not proper growth .how I know I get totally deflated after the session most of results are excessive skin stretch. I might not working the foreskin not the main components of the penis . Am doing 2 sets sometimes 3 at a comfort 10hg with a rest in between each set is 10 minutes tops been air pumping for awhile now. I hope am going in correct direction. It hard when you enjoy pumping but post work looks and feels not so great.

Hi doc hink...ive bene pumping for the last couple of months...the First weeks i was entusiast because It improved my EQ quite a lot (was able to gain and mantain and erection very easily and they were rock hard) and also the temporary gains were more long-lasting and satisfying! Lately with the increase in time under pressure and with gradually increase in pressure i noticed a decrease in EQ... Whats the problem in your opinion? Also i noticed that when i go in the pump and l reach the pressure i need i have to continue to pump constantly because the pressure gradually go down instead.

Hink, thanks for the OB shoutout! I agree that manuals alone were insufficient. My gains really took off when I started pumping. I even made one GB post called “OMG the gains” when the rate of gain was surprising me in a great way. That was when I’d worked up to a 7-8 min set of 2 min intervals at 15 inHg, sometimes twice a day. I started at 6.5 x 4.5 in 2009 and maxed out about a month ago at 8 x 5.4. I’m now in my early 60s. I recently took two weeks off during a travel vacation and found I’d gone back down to 7.8 x 5.25. Now I’m restarting pumping at a lower pressure to minimize petechiae and discoloration. I also do soft clamping with two rings, which gives me great expansion. But I don’t know that it’s contributing to my gains. It’s feels good so I keep doing it. I will never hard clamp because the injury potential is just too high. TL;DR: consistency with effective PE methods are key. Thanks for all you do, my brother. You’re the science-based PE GOAT! 👊🏼🫶🏼

I think Hink's realistic expectations are spot on. I have been doing PE for 13 months. I have gained 5/8" in length and 5/16" in girth. Length came relatively easy for me. I started with just pumping and then added manual stretches at the 2 month mark. For the first 5 months, I gained mostly length and only gained 1/16" in girth, which I contribute to EQ gain. So, I thought I was a hard gainer for girth. At the 5 month mark, I stopped doing manuals, except for some light warmup before pumping and added manual clamping twice a week. From the 5 month mark til present, I have put on a 1/4 in girth while adding 1/8" in length. The key is consistency, injury prevention, quality sleep (this is when we make testosterone), and maximizing EQ through diet, exercise, and supplementation. A personal observation for me is that for girth gains to be realized, you need an increase in the ability of blood flow to your D. I took a week break here and there but continued all aspects of improving EQ, and by the end of a rest week, my D felt bigger and heavier in my hand. Also, keep your routine simple. You don't need all this hocus pocus stuff. Could it help maybe but imo it is not worth it.

I personally think that if somebody has had a surgical operation on his pee-pee, the pumps etc it will not help to get longer, because the scar tissue does not stretch in length.

I’ve definitely got a steel cord. I can feel a very hard cord like structure in the middle of my penis. It’s bearing 100% of the weight I’m hanging, the tunica holds very little.

First you say it’s not possible to gain an inch in a year, but then you say you gained 0.75” in 2 months. An inch is definitely possible in a year. Even more likely if you’re using a high tension extender every day, probably not with manuals though. I’m 6 months in and am already up a half inch in erect length. Depends on the routine and consistency

Same. I think it’s just like retained fluid. I stopped for 3 months and as soon as I started pumping again I was back to where I ended, which is what Hink said I should get after a year - .5 inch girth and 1 inch length. But this is right after pumping and would last a few days in pumping regularly. I really think a lot of people are just lying about results but in a way they can rationalize why there being honest - like comparing pumped to non-pumped measurements before starting a program. I know I’ll get downvoted for this because our obsession with our junk size. One thing I’ve noticed about a lot of us men is some are just flat liars and exaggeraters.

@@DocHinkI just don’t see verifiable results that show these gains are permanent. We’d have to have honest guys prove that after stopping a routine for a few months the gains are permanent. I can accept it’s possible. But looking at photos dudes are putting up they’re just flawed like tilting a ruler. I still pump and not saying it’s pointless. I’m thinking the stretching devices are where permanent gains come in but I’m already good at length near 7 but my girth just really sucks at 4.2 like I feel I’m disappointing every woman I sleep with so why bother. Yeah basically pencil dick Bundled stretches helps if combined with pumping but it’s not permanent. Even in the pump my girth rarely gets to the average girth while my length exceeds 8. Looks ridiculous lol

Hello i was wondering if i could get some input. I've been Losing erection while pumping at around 7hg with vibration at 10 minutes 2 minutes sets. My girth gas been stagnant for about a 1.5 years now despite pumping and clamping. I lose erection with 3 small cockrings on afterwords of pumping. When I stand up my erection is lost after around 5 seconds. I've been doing pe for 3+ years and still struggling with girth. Should I take an extended decon? It just feels like I can barely get expansion. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
