Yes this happens all the time when we disagree I find myself going to war all the time because I tend to shutdown in conversations and blame myself for it and this is what I do don't say nothing and let him find out it hurts because it puts me in a bad place at times mentally I am still trying to pace myself of those conversations

@@Pinkmoon-234 I’m so sorry love. Yeah if I’m hurt I usually internalize it and then ask myself why it hurt me and then I have conversations with my husband about it.
