If you actually watch the whole video of the show, you'll see that everybody in the group answers and that each has their own specialty in a particular subject. All members turn to look at another member when they know he's/she's good at that subject--it's not just all Zeng having his moment, y'all. Not saying that I myself am a genius, but this video just clearly downplays all the other members and sucks up to Zeng's ass because he's Singaporean and this is a Singaporean news channel.

Everybody saying that Zeng carried his whole team, answered b4 the judge finished and the others didn't help. Everyone is strong at their own subject, Zeng is good at geography and sciemce. Sheriff is good at literature. Mays is good in a wide aspects of subject and Jackson is good at music knowledge. And for anyone saying Mays just copies Zeng's answer, Mays is the team captain and has to say every answer or nominate someone else. Hope this can stop the commotion. Edit: I did some research and basically this Singapore news channel is biased to Singaporeans. So for example when Rashid answered wrongly they added the laughing meme and only shows a compilation of Zeng answering, undermining the others. They also put captions like "??" or "help max" which isn't very appropriate for a news channel.

I've met some people like this guy. First of all, they love reading. Second, they have this great ability to permanently remember everything they see/read/hear. Third, their level of curiosity, competitiveness and perfectionist is high. If they realise that they don't know something, girl...
@kaymartin2807 Жыл бұрын
This so perfectly described me - I am much like this guy, actually. But one thing is that I don't have the ability to remember everything permanently. I have created many different techniques for helping with this though. I only remember important things really.. it is too much effort to remember other things.

I used to have that skill, I did basic algebra at the age of 8, forced by my dad, then puberty came, I rebelled against my parent till a stage where i ran away from home. Social media and an addiction to tiktok destroyed me as it shorten my attention span, and now ive lost the ability to sit down and study for hours which I had as a kid.

The quiz master on this show is Jeremy Paxman, an expert political interviewer, particularly known for an interview in which he just keeps asking the British Home Secretary at the time, "Did you threaten to overrule him?" and the politician keeps trying to dodge the question, looking weaker each time because he doesn't want to give a straight answer. So in a sense this job, where he asks quiz questions to smart university students, is easier because you can say "Wrong" when they're wrong.
