This was so good. It’s funny that you mentioned this podcast is for older people. I’m 21, and my mother-who is relatively young (under 45), recommended this podcast to me. The stories, testimonies, and wisdom I’ve gotten from this podcast is unreal. Especially the strong, saved Black male demographic. As someone who didn’t grow up with saved Black men around me, I love it here. Respectfully, as a young person…this podcast is for ANY generation. There is much to learn. These are real conversations that I know I won’t find in a pulpit every Sunday.

I’m 53 so maybe that’s true, lol. However, I share certain episodes with younger people I know. The funny part is, I’m no longer a churchgoer nor am I looking to be married again. But I absolutely love, love, relationships and marriage. For me it’s the non-judgemental, genuine approach. Laterras does just enough, asks the right questions but is also empathetic. Just from listening a couple of dear future wifey podcasts my thought structure has changed radically. I concluded that God knows us. Like those deepest desires we cannot talk about because of being afraid of judgement and being seen as arrogant. You know from watching these podcasts I'm learning to embrace my singleness and understanding that everyone has their own journey. I've learnt not to compare my journey to anyone's else. Sometimes I thought I was unrealistic with my prayers but this stuff has just answered me that Nope I'm normal. And I've made a conscious decision that I am not going to settle for less when I know God has more.

I’m having an issue at my church, I have asking to lead a singles Christian group now for over 7 years. He asked me to write a proposal and then i had to asked what’s going with me leading the group? He said he was looking for someone to lead the group. This singles group is not a hook up group. It’s singles learning to do single life according to the Bible. We don’t have community where we connect or have a voice. We go to church to and leave. After church I never hear from anyone. I go to church on WednesdayS AND Sundays to all strangers. I love my church! I love my Pastor. I need more and God’s calling me to more. I need a church and Pastor to push & midwife me into all what God’s has called me to. I feel tolerated instead of being celebrating. God HELP ME! PLEASE AGREE WITH ME THAT I WILL BE OBEDIENT TO THE VOICE AND DIRECTIONS OF THE LORD. THANKS

Deliverance… Thank you so much for focusing on deliverance in a portion of your interview, and explaining what that can look like. Deliverance ministry is needed in this time and the more we speak about it and demonstrate it the more people can be set free in Jesus mighty name. This is good, I am a single woman who has been seeking Gods plans, purpose and my destiny in His Kingdom. It has been a long journey but April 2022 I finally started walking in my purpose and definitely in my Gods aligned destiny. Not only in my spritual walk but in my work place, relationships and church life where call my spiritual home and community. I know my spouse God has for me will find me already working in purpose, so I am content and truly trusting God in every process He is walking me in. I'm so proud of your progress. Because of this podcast I've healed more and Jesus seems to have a lot of us changing our minds and trajectory of what we thought we knew about anything and truly renewing us through Jesus Christ!! 🙌 I'm 36 Divorced, Single and I can say I am finally trusting in Christ leaning not on my own understanding and making faith moves. I've been at a church for 8 years and decided to listen and move where I can grow more. I've also been on my job for 15 years and currently am faith mode to finding better. I was nervous at first of the unknown but why.. I have Holy Spirit 24. 7 with my!! I'm listening to the voice of God more than ever and these episodes are truly blessing my life!! The comedy and all. This was so good and when your Kingdom, your age doesn’t define your purpose, wisdom or understanding of what Jesus has for us to do. This you man has a wealth of wisdom that only The Holy Spirit could have give/shown him. There are older saints that don’t have this kind of wisdom. I was very blessed by this podcast.

God works in AMAZING ways. The day after the episode with Whitney aired, at about 9:30 am I showed my hairstylist that clip you posted on IG. She was so tickled she shared it throughout the day. By that afternoon it had 'blown up.' You assured Whitney at the beginning that the airing of the interview would be powerful. Well, well. Singleness is often treated like a disease that has to be managed until a cure is found. Wanting to be married and spiritually connected with someone is beautiful...but so is finding peace and happiness with being single. I'm tired of the looks of disbelief when I tell people I'm not interested in being set-up on dates with "a great guy I know" or the pitiful "You'll find someone sweetie" when I'm not searching for anyone. I'm thankful to God for the life he's blessed me with and how he's protected and provided for me throughout my lifetime, and it feels wonderful sleeping diagonally on my king size bed🤣🤣🤣. Being alone and being lonely are two totally different things. To the singles who are looking for someone to share love with and the ones who've found that love within themselves, blessings to you both.😊

Words cannot describe how anointed this particular episode was the fact that you invited this man to come onto the show and impart his experience coupled with God's wisdom, knowledge, and correction is indescribable I just pray that God will keep him close to his bosom all the days of his long life because he is what is needed for this generation. Although he is 26 and spoke with such Authority I'm reminded of the Biblical quote a child shall lead them.
