I think whether you loved Tamar or not, the whole dynamic will change and not necessarily in a good way. Although she can be a bit much, she is entertaining to watch- especially with her segments. When she was off sick- a lot of the guest hosts couldn't fill her shoes, the only people I really liked were Vivica Fox and (possibly) Tisha Martin- Campbell :P

I think the head executives are making a BIG mistake getting rid of Tamar. The whole DYNAMIC of the 5 totally DIFFERENT personalities is what MAKES this show great in the first place. If it ain't broke...don't fix it! The show got RENEWED for two MORE seasons AND nominated for multiple Emmys AND got more successful and gained more and more viewers BECAUSE OF the whole formula they HAD....AND the hosts+the dynamic THEY had going for it. Plus, the fun dynamic between Tamar and Tamera REALLY helped MAKE the show. Their relationship and PRICELESS cute and sweet lil interactions and chemistry between each other was just GREAT. Now that will be gone, and it won't feel right and the chemistry will just be OFF, and awkward. No Tamar for Tamera to interact with, joke with, laugh with and play off of. Many fans loved their GENUINE friendship that just shined on camera. Them two had the most genuine REAL friendship and interaction on the panel. It's a BAD move to just take that away, and CHANGE the whole chemistry between the ladies! Smdh.

At first I loved Tamar and her sassyness, but then I started realizing how ignorant she was and how unreal she really is. She always pretends to not know what the girls are talking about when they talk about sex, yet she admitted she had had more men in her lifetime that she could count in another episode and that's annoying. She also always laughs of Jeannie, and I admit Jeannie is too real sometimes, but that's how she's supposed to be. She also bullies and pays no consideration to anyone but herself and I just understand why they had to fire her. Tamera looks amazing! 😍 I do agree that what people post on social media can be a red flag to run the other way, as I've done a few times. People tend to say, "it's just social media. You shouldn't take anything seriously." False. You are an actual being on sites filled with other REAL people, so how you present yourself is, or should be, the real you. If not, you're acting fraudulent, and that's a sign to run the other way as well.

Tamar brought a fun, zesty attitude to The Real. Personally I think the show’s sweet spot was after she left. There was no hanging/ questioning negativity with Jeannie- and Jeannie could flourish. The best chemistry on any talk show imo! I think Tamar could at times be domineering, and I think drama follows her. I love them all and wish them all the best.

We don't know what happens behind the scenes so everyone needs to stop assuming things that they don't know are true or not. My issue is that we finally had a show that placed intelligent, talented and fun women of colour in the forefront and the show was gaining a lot of success. In this industry in order to stay successful people of colour can't afford to experience controversy. This is a unique show in terms its diversity, I would just hate for it to be over because of the recent controversy.

I will absolutely miss Tamar. The bond that she and Tamera have together, really make good for the show. The two of them is why I watch and now ill be watching for Tamera. Tamar is in a good place and she's gonna be ok. People get fired somewhere every day so she's not alone and she have othere projects too, like BFV, Tamar and Vince, her music career and not to mention a husband and a young child. Maybe aGod is telling her that she is doing enough without the Real. Besides all that I know how difficult it is to work with a group of opionated women. Only she and Tamera have a lot in common and are the two most successful ones there, so I did detect a bit of jelousy toward them.

Although the show is renewed it doesn't mean ratings won't drop. Contracts can be broken too. Tamar - liked or not - is a huge part of the show and I cannot see it going the same smh Loni's stories and mannerisms are repetitive Jeannie's hyperness can get annoying really quickly Adrienne is fickle and Tamera is sweet and lovable but you cannot deny that Tamar's presence helps them mesh well together

The real was the reason why I started watching BFV and Tamar and Vince and I remember I first started watching the real saying ' this Tamar girl was too over the top' but she grew on me,these ladies all had good chemistry, regardless of what others say.they all add something to the table!
