It's actually kind of sad, that Japan, as well as other East Asian countries don't have actual practical strategies to deal with the brutal, dehumanizing work conditions. Instead, they're basically saying - "Use vibes to overcome the bullshit infrastructure." Vibes don't work. They need real policy changes.

I spent whole days looking for something that would help me: chasing money, empty pleasures like masturbation, playing games for hours until my life seemed boring, pointless, and hopeless. Then the situation worsened; I fell into addiction. That's when illness, stress, and the associated pain hit me. Something was missing, and I was living lie. I was just escaping and clinging to what was killing me. I wasn't honest with myself until I stopped feeling the meaning of my life. Then came depressive states, anxiety attacks; I spent a huge part of my life in hospitals. The doctors still don't know what's is going on with my stomach; in June, another hospital. I wanted to end it, but I'm still here, and why? My sister Martyna died, my parents were devastated, but we put our hope in God and did not give up, and He healed our wounds. Before his death, my grandfather said, "I see Martynka, she came for me," as far as I know, he said this calmly because he saw where Martynka came from. When I let Jesus into my life, miracles began to happen. My aunt, who had suffered from an incurable cancer for years, was miraculously healed; the doctors admitted it was a miracle. When I prayed for her health, I asked, "I wonder how Aunt feels now," and God answered me, right at that moment, my grandmother came out of her room and called to my mom that the cancer was disappearing. I realized that everything has a purpose, joyful moments, but also the sad ones; suffering greatly shapes a person and makes them aware of many things. If it weren't for my illness, I wouldn't have accepted Jesus as my friend, I wouldn't derive joy from life, I wouldn't appreciate what I have, I wouldn't have been able to overcome bouts of anger and anxiety, and I still wouldn't be able to respect and love. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” (Gospel of Matthew 11:28-30) "And if we are children, then heirs-heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory." (Romans 8:17) "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life"(Gospel of John 3, 16 ❤️) Heaven is not earned; heaven is a gift that only needs to be accepted. Jesus Christ, the living God, died on the cross; the only one without sin - the innocent for the guilty, paid the penalty so that we could live forever, in fullness. It is in Him that we have forgiveness of sins and freedom, for everyone who sins is a slave to sin, but knowing Jesus, we also know the truth, and the truth sets us free. He gives us the strength to rise when we fall, He extends His hand to us when we want to overcome sin and stand up. He sets us free and is the way, the truth, and the life. Jesus is the love that saves. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Savior." He is a former Japanese tennis player, but his passionate demeanor has earned him the nickname "Sun God" among the Japanese people. While the following is just one example, his passion has been mythologized to have an impact on global warming. In February 2014, Japan experienced record snowfall. Meanwhile, Matsuka was in Sochi, which was experiencing an unusually warm winter. In December 2014, Japan was hit by rare cold waves, resulting in heavy snowfall and winter-like temperatures. Matsuka, however, was in Barcelona for the figure skating competition broadcast. In March 2015, when Matsuka left Japan on the 18th, it was 10.9°C, dropping to 3.8°C on the 21st. Melbourne, Australia, where Matsuka arrived, had temperatures of 17.8°C on the 18th, rising to 28.9°C on the 20th, 31.5°C on the 21st, and 34.9°C on the 22nd. When unseasonable snow fell in April 2015, Matsuka was in Japan, reportedly suffering from a slipped disc. In November 2015, as temperatures dropped in Japan, Matsuka traveled to Canada for figure skating broadcasts.

@@arigabou I'm not from a western country, I'm also from Asia, what I'm emphasizing is not about depression but about how the average Japanese sees things from various perspectives outside the bubble scope that they cannot see due to common social pressures. I have many Japanese friends who say that they struggle with spontaneity and are simply dragged down by consistent social ego, lack of awareness of seeing things through things. The mundane stoic life they feel is not as enjoyable as usual, it is carried out unconsciously on autopilot. Loss of control over self-awareness. I don't know why, he was on point about stop thinking about the past and getting anxious about the future. This random video made me realize something, i wish someone told me something like he said. What i only heard was the continuous statement of how i was a failure and will never achieve something. Your mistakes don't need to define you. The only people who don't make mistakes are the ones doing nothing at all. Mistakes do not make you a failure. There are great lessons in mistakes, learn the lesson, put the mistake behind you. Please stop looking at yourself as a failure. That will get in your way. Use this video 1:17 as a starting point for a new life. Make some small achievable goals and start working on them. You can do this. I know it's hard not to look back, I was badly abused and the past haunts me sometimes. The future is scary. But if our focus is on either of them, we have no present. Today is important and so are you. You matter. You can make a huge difference in your life and in others' lives. I believe in you with my whole heart.

I refuse to offer my own hand to myself, i abandoned nad watch myself from drowning into the hopelessness. Your response is really beautiful it reach to my heart actually. I cried actually but i am holding my tears. I promise to myself that i will start over again, I am still 25 years old and it is to late to start again, i should have seen my experience as a challenge instead of being negative. I am really sorry for myself, i was the worst, why i was so unkind to myself. I should do focus more on what i can do in the present, and i must learn from my past, i have to forgive myself. @Karlkkaaarrll It is never too late to start over. I have spent many years being mean to myself. I am finally learning to love myself and to speak kindly to me. It makes a huge difference, the first time, I actually cried bc it was so nice. You say you chose to be negative, please don't blame yourself, life can make us be things we didn't plan to be. But you can choose to speak kindly to yourself and to not listen to the mean voice in your head. Please forgive yourself, try to let the past go. Trust me, I know that is very, very hard. It takes time but it's worth it. It really is. If you can learn of all the good things God says about you, it will be easier for you to say them to yourself. I have been praying for you and I will continue to do so. I know this is a hard path, but I believe you want to change and that's the biggest step forward. You can do this.

I suffer from depression and lately life itself has shown how wonderful it is. Yesterday I was waiting for my bus and saw happy people on the street eating ice cream, riding scooters and bicycles, talking cheerfully and I just cried. Today I came across this video and I'm crying again. I will live, because life is more beautiful than death. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Savior." i’ve never seen this video before and just stumbled upon it today. within 30 seconds i immediately realized that one of my favorite bands just recently used this song as a background clip in one of their new songs. got emotional the second i recognized it and it meant so much more. shout out last dinosaurs, love those guys

Its weird, i never searched anything related to motivational speech, videos but this suddenly got recommended to me, im not diagnosed with depression and anxiety but I might have a lot of possible symtpoms, i just might not noticed yet. Not even an energy to outside but, this pushed me a little to get scheduled for a professional help. A big thanks to this!. Also please bear with my english.

i need this right now. i started worrying so much about my future and i asked exactly, “am i going to be okay? what if things don’t go out as planned?” and thinking exactly about my past makes me sulk in sadness. my past turned me into a better person now. though, i am not perfect. i always strive to become better as much as possible. everything matters in the moment and what you do in that moment. don’t worry about the what ifs.
