When u get ur bird what set are you using ,choke an ammo? And how far

In this video, it was a Rem 870 20 ga Compact , #9 TSS, with a Primos Jellyhead tss choke…he was roughly 30yds

I think the 8 point analogy is good for most people. However, I have killed a lot of turkeys over the years, and I have killed more deer than most people I know. I have never killed an 8 point. Last year, I killed a nice 7 point that I just knew was an 8. I was happy. My dad, who is 78, brought the Argo down to help me get him loaded. He said, “You’ll get an 8 point, son.” I replied, “Dad, I am 54 years old, not 12. I appreciate the encouragement; I am just pointing out how strange it is that out of all the deer I have killed in my life that I haven’t killed what I would consider a very common deer.” He agreed it was strange. 😂

@@RegularGuysOutdoors I would say it is bizarre. Tons of 8’s get killed around here. I have killed 9’s and more 7’s than I can count. 😂
