I get terrible anxiety during interviews because i cant think of the words fast enough. The pressure really kills me. I have cancelled interviews last minute just because the anxiety is unbearble. . I've really had to work hard, study hard and recite sooooo much! I cant remember things.

Nowadays, candidates are wondering if the person was not chosen because of age. Example: there are 3 great candidates: one is 20years old, another one 30 and another 62 although does not look like the age. Because of the current economic situation, seniors are postponing retirement and seeking for career growth. What do you think? Should the 62 senior get discouraged.

U said free advice .miss advice is that thing which given by humans absolutely free and the topic ur talking have u ever done anything practical.
