Back then as a puller yeah, but even now as an instructer. I believe he is the best teacher of an armwrestling style on youtube. His seminars where he discusses his pulling style and training methods are the most clear and organized out of any of the big English speaking pullers that I've seen. Devon, Todd, Ray/Janis, Barbosa, RVJ, Bowen, Mask, Brzenk even. I've seen some solid instruction from Hutchings and daniel procopciuc, but Travis explains it really comprehensively and well. I know he has done some things that put people off from his videos, but I'm still surprised they haven't gained more traction. Underrated imo

There was a TV series on around this time and I can't remember the name but it was about 5 or 6 different teams and Travis was the super heavyweight for his team and Don Underwood was for another. This was really the first time I saw any televised events and at that time Travis' explosive strength💥 and confidence was absolutely unmatched. Everyone hated him and he did not give even 1 shit. He crushed 🤬 Don Underwood with such ease 🥴💀I was actually disappointed and I felt bad for Don. Anyone remember what that series was called???
