David and team thanks for allowing me to get in the Hot Seat. I can gladly and confidently say that I am getting my stuff together. I got refocused on my ministry and do daily Discipleship Classes at 9am. I started a Podcast called "Doing Life With Jesus Podcast" and already have 4 episodes pre-recorded. This week my goal is to get my Bible Study Notebook published and on order. There is much more but overall, I have a clear path of how things will move forward. Again, thank you. Damn!!! This is the hardest hot seat I've watched so far. I think she probably need to go back to the thing she was doing. The thing she felt she needed to stop to gain clarity. The reason being is that by continuing to do that, going through the motion, & being in the momentum of things especially while you are building will always bring you to one of three places as follow: 1. A place of clarity & improvement (Being able to clearly see the BIG Picture & the vision God has on your life), 2. A place of Re-direction (that is letting this painful season of probably no traction & success lay the foundation for future opportunities that will allow you to pivot. redirect, or reinvent yourself), & 3. Lastly, a place of peace & serenity (maybe God placed a vision for someone else in here that she is seeing & she is a catalyst to impact & improve someone else's life). Ex: The dream she may see for herself could be her children's dream & maybe her journey is to acquire knowledge & skills she can then condense & pass down to her children so, they can be agent of change & impact. The reason she needs to end up in one of these three places is so she can truly know & understand deeply who she is and what her purpose. I do not think stopping & sitting in the same place will ever bring clarity. She has to force herself ... will herself to go through the storm & chaos of what she stopped so she can end up in one of the above three places. She will not get there by staying dormant.

God has called each and every one of us to be a light... her issue is that she’s trying to niche it down to a specific business when in reality in any chosen business you should just be trying to be a light in that, if that makes sense... so in her consulting or what ever exactly she was doing she should have just asked God to direct her and be a light for the one purchasing her services and maybe who needs a bit extra weather it’s a free service , encouragement, patience, kindness etc...while growing in her chosen field ...❤

Dave is the one doing the Lord’s work! One thing about the one, true Triune God is that He will correct you if you're wrong. I know first hand, believers can make it seem like we have one chance to get our life path right with God but it's NOT. He loves you! He will correct you if it's wrong. If you're seeking Him, He will make your path straight AS YOU MOVE. Think of how much mercy & grace He's shown you when you were not in Christ. He definitely will help you now. Try not to be scared to get things wrong.

I believe that she is dealing with a spiritual matter. The Lord is trying to get her attention on what He needs for her to do. I would encourage her to go into a fast and consistently start reading the Word of God for clarity. This has nothing to do with profession or entrepreneurship even though she might need help with that as well. The current job is not even the focus because God is our provider not the job- that’s just what He is using to bless her financially with while she is on assignment there. God most definitely does care about what we do because he has a plan for each of our lives even if we never fulfill it. He knew us even before we were in our mother’s womb. The Holy Spirit will lead and guide us through all truth and righteousness. We just have to be willing to listen and follow.💖

Loved this hot seat episode! Entrepreneurship is really not for everybody, though. It doesn't matter how much success you get in one area, if this is not the assignment God gave you, you will always feel frustrated and empty. Rich, but frustrated and empty.

Wow, I see myself in her, the stopping and starting. God may be giving her a divine nudge to focus on her calling but if her focus and discipline and misaligned, she will fall short of fulfilling the mission. I hope that there is a follow-up conversation with Shaniqua. Unmasked and aligned.

She's at a point in her journey where she needs outside resources in order to stay on top of it. She is now at a level that she can't sustain by herself because she's never been there, time to get in contact with people who have been at her level and beyond. Someone or a group who can hold her accountable, speak life into her when those moments get rough and keep her on the path. I'm in the same boat 🥲🥲
