But it's another point. I train and lose weight for MYSELF as sub5, which for years I didn't. I was always thinking it will lead me somewhere, but it won't. I know a chad at work. And I have first hand experience in just how easy life is for them. Women AND men approach them. Smile at them, treat them nice, ask for their opinion. They don't have to try to be noticed, people just want to be around them. When it's lunch time, people approach them, ask them where they are going and wait on them to make the move. Them being quiet at meetings because of them not knowing their job or understanding anything is interpreted as them just being confident and smart. The same is with chad women too. This is just the harsh reality, which every man needs to see. I have had women treat me as a chad , but its quite rare. I normally get treated like the other 2. When you're born with good genetics and hit the gym, you get more inherent confidence than those that don't. If you're a sub 5 there's no way you're operating with innate personal confidence in yourself, improving yourself would be a way to achieve it. I'm a normie who ascended to Chadlite after leanmaxxing and hairmaxxing, the difference in how I'm treated by women makes me wonder if I was somehow reincarnated in a different body without realizing it. I went on a date yesterday with a girl who was a 7 or 8. She was extremely high interest; smiling all the time when talking to me, laughing at every dumb joke I made, never breaking eye contact, and making up every excuse to touch my abs and arms. She even paid for the lunch we ate together. We went back to my place and hooked up even though she said in her bio on Bumble that she wasn't interested in hookups. This kind of treatment never happened when I was a physically strong but overweight normie who thought buzzcuts made me look "masculine." I used to have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for dates; I got rejected one time by a 3/10 overweight girl with acne and a nose the size of an avocado, and got rejected another time by a girl in a wheelchair. Even when I went on "successful" dates, I was usually told it's "too soon" for sex even on the third or fourth date.

Honestly those reactions depend on the environment, in the US the women seem to be much more focused on a man's looks than they are here in Poland. I look pretty good, not quite in the chad category but i do get stares and ive had an ex tell me drunkenly after 4 months since breaking up that she couldnt stop thinking about me. The thing is, that was in my most confident part of high school. And it was me who approached her and picked her up and our personalities just clicked perfectly. Other than that nobody has ever told me i looked good. Nobody has given me compliments on anything. The thing is, there is always hope, but the exceptions are rare. I myself have seen some, which to me are unbelievable. Just a few days ago, I met a young and happy couple. The guy is 2-3, short, fat anf ugly, and the girl is 5-6, but I would not hesitate a moment to connect with her, she has a very pretty and interesting face, a decent body and is not shy or complexed. I was hoping for something like that happen to me, it never did and I am 53 now.

I'd suggest that you shouldn't take the black pill until you've truly tried AND accomplished the looksmaxing guidelines. That means sub 15% body fat, decent muscles mass, good skin care routine, better style, and getting with a good hair stylist to find your perfect hair and beard style. Because it's different for every man. Certain facial structures can really improve significantly with the right hair and facial hair combo.

@@ChefofWar33 This would normally be good advice, but I'm a 5-7 depending on how much effort I put in (I underestimated myself in my original comment). I have great skin, good facial structure, great style, and great hair. I also don't act like a creep. No doubt, I could use some muscle gain, but everything else is solid. It makes zero difference. I have struck up a conversation with a girl at a theme park only to have her say "Yeah, my friend and I call you creepy guy." Had literally never talked to them, looked at them, or interacted with them in any way whatsoever prior to that conversation. There are plenty of other instances I could describe, but there's no point.
