This bill is the answer to all the farmer herder conflict and hunger. Let the senators who are opposing open grazing show us which nation on earth is practising open grazing all over their land. The nation that produces the highest number of cows in the world does not practise open grazing. All these senators are the owners of these cattles, and they are using this practise to impoverish their own citizens, keeping the majority of their people poor, illiterate and uninformed. How can you say the fulanis should not go to school, that they should live in the bush in the 21st century and how can illiteracy be a culture of a people who wants to improve the living standard of their own people.
