Keto hides the problem. Doesn’t solve it. The fundamental issue is you can’t process carbs and you don’t fix it by avoiding carbs. However, I’m glad keto helped you but doing it as a lifestyle instead of a short (1 week) intervention will cause your metabolism to slow down and underlying issue of not being able to process Carbs worse. I know from personal experience.

This happened whenever I ate cereal with a lot of sugar but as a child i never knew this continues through my life I also got feelings where my toes would constantly cramp up bending by themselves and causing pain whenever I ate sugar. Whenever I take magnesium the foot cramps wouldn’t happen and when I take B complex and the nerve support with Benfotamine the problem was finally over.

Bless You! There a lot of information here that I needed. Doctors are butchers! How is butchery symptom management? They get paid a lot, to accomplish nothing! People really need these insights! I fell into a sugar binge when I wasn’t satisfied with my meal. Preparing more red meat was time consuming and out of my wheel house and I fell hard for a moment. But too much sugar gave me a cramp one night like I’ve never felt before. It was like someone was twisting every bone in my foot! I did not sleep that night! I’ve returned to nuts (without germination at this time) like I had been doing in the past, and my joints are relaxed and rubbery again, and I feel good all over. You’ve mentioned Phytase in the past, maybe nuts don’t hurt me. Otherwise, _I associate sugar with pain now._ Pain is the best teacher. All of your work is appreciated. Thank you, always!

This explains why blood test says I'm lacking in magnesium, which frankly astonished me. I had been taking marine magnesium, switched to citrate, then following your advice to GLYCINATE. But only the recommended one tablet which contains: Magnesium GLYCINATE 500mg providing Magnesium 100mg. Doctors couldn't explain it, but you have. Meanwhile they've told me to take 3 months of "mag 2, 122mg" twice a day. It also says they are "ampoules" (I live in France) glass vials (I have to snap off both ends!!) of 10 ml of drinkable solution. But it doesn't specify what type of variety it is!! Should I continue to take my GLYCINATE but take 6 instead of 1? (Any danger?) Very many thanks!!

Thank you Dr. Berg for making this video. I have been having pain my left foot for years now, just to let you know, i am 24 years old this year. So this pain has been constantly affecting me since 2020. If there is more to say, please make more video about feet/leg pain connection. I had flat foot before the pain started, but it never affected me until 2020, they wanted to give me medicinal support insoles but never tired it. Went to the doctor again after 2 years passed, i took an xray, no problem was found expect for a small tumor-like ball between the ligaments connecting the tendons and the fingers something like that. They gave me insoles to wear, but i still feel pain, especially im winter and outside of winter in the evenings, my feet are very much cold, my left foot the Color doesn’t look normal, sometimes suddenly left foot feel weak and give way, when I’m walking, i also tend to stumble. I can’t wear heavy shoes, I can’t walk for too long, because of that I’m planning on changing my profession, i’m a learned dental assistant, but I’m planning to work in the office instead. I have quite alot of different vitamin deficiency especially Iron. I also had Candida Albincans in my digestive tract, which was cured with a 10 days cure treatment. Now this pain on my left foot, i think it’s from the top and stretch up almost to my knee. And when im wearing shoes for too long, i feel it from under the curves too. Feels numbing, tingly, sometimes stabbing, the weirdest one is that my left foot feels like a foreign body, the feeling of wanting to take away is quite eerie. Even in summer feet is cold to the extremity in the evenings and pain is also more persistent.
