The Star Fox 64 Restored OST is one of the many results following the "Gigaleaks of Nintendo" from July 24th and 25th, 2020. Found in the files of the game were not only all of the uncompressed voice lines, but also uncompressed instrument samples for the music, as well as the MIDI sequences used in the game to perform the music. Using the instrument samples and MIDI sequences, I was able to recreate the entire soundtrack to Star Fox 64 in the highest quality we have ever heard.

This level is so damn intense. Shots coming from all directions, radio banter making you more stressed out, but Venom is right there, getting closer and you are just laying waste to their weak air defense

Thank god, a comment that wasn't just a quote. Area 6 and Venom 1 are some of the best levels, IMO. They are just utter bedlam, but Area 6 is better, IMO, because you get a taste of Andross' soldiery just losing their minds over your utter *lunacy* of flying straight through multiple lines of prepared defenses meant to stop a full Cornerian war fleet. You feel like you're a terrifying force of nature at the same time that you're also struggling to maintain your composure. The specific line of "Fire, FIRE! *DON'T LET 'EM THROUGH!"* is some of the best voice acting in the game, as I see it. You can just imagine the guy putting his fists through the console in rage, disbelief, and mounting panic, to the point where he unleashes a deranged superweapon that fires some trippy rainbow sherbet planet-cracker beam that probably annihilates everything you missed earlier in the level. It reminds me of how the Covenant became terrified of, superstitious at, and unable to respond rationally to you, Master Chief, because you're constantly doing things that make no sense, should be completely impossible, and *JUST KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT.* Good stuff.

A minor pet peeve of mine. The level primarily takes place in the exosphere (catchall term for all empty space beyond the atmosphere of a planet) of Venom. So the more accurate subtitle for Area 6 should be "Venom Orbital Defense Zone" or "Venom Aerospace Defense Zone" (as aerospace covers both intra-atmospheric and exo-atmospheric flight).

This over-cleaning of the Music makes it sound terrible and naked, N64 music is supposed to have reverb and overlay/echo which makes the sound more full and vibrant.
