I loved it! Hope your shoulder is better, I had the same RSI from admin work plus rotator cuff gym injury.. took lots of physio rehab! I loved the helmet cam! We had a virtual banks ride!

Tina you are still in amazing physical fitness and trust me as someone coming out of a slump. I have a bit of a tummy and my bum is not flattering nor my thighs, weight goes to all areas for me. Makes me very frustrated as well. You will be back in no time flat, I have 38 more pounds to loose. Best wishes and you are wonderful.

Not to pry but I'm wondering if you did something to that shoulder, or if it just started acting up one day? I ask because you mentioned typically using that arm to hold the camera and I'm curious if that is what caused the strain. (I'm going through PT for an SI problem that kept me out of the saddle for a while so I'm hyper aware of body function now. lol) Anyway, loved the vlog, as usual. Stay safe & be well.

Glad you were able to get your neck/shoulder sorted enough to compete & that it was feeling a lot better after some body work & strapping :) Well done on your 4th place- Banksy looked to be flying. I hope Em's split lip is feeling better, but other than that, Lola's form looked great :) I feel you on the lockdown chub- I've started doing some of the more simple Chloe Ting workouts .... they have brutally highlighted just how unfit I got during lockdown lol (half the workout I'm dying & the other half cursing her for being so effective at keeping you motivated until the end of the workout lol :p ).

I know how the pain feels because I just came back from injury for six week because of a broken collar bone and then my first horse Darby arrived then less than a week into him beeing here he fell over and was on injury for a couple of days 👎🏻👍🏻. However he still hates the indoor school
