Ballistic training is definitely the answer to producing farther throws. Absolute strength is one thing but speed wins in the end. After studying various systems and countries I concluded that olympic lifts, kettle bells, bands and medicine balls were the best for training throwers and athletes in general. Definitely prefer front squats💪 I stopped the back barbell squat and bench in my 20's. Great video...

Sir I am 18 and I am from India... iam playing this year u20 nationals and I am doing both shot put and discuss with shot I am doing 13 m and we discuss I am doing 40 m but now on focusing more on shot I want to increase it to 18 m and i want to increse my discus upto 50m please I need your help....
