I too miss the 90's. I graduated from high school in 1999 and back then that's when music was still good, TV shows we're on top of the world, we had less chaos going on, and so much more. Unlike today's time where, it's not impossible, but almost rare to find any good music and TV Shows that will stand the test of time and even though there was still craziness and violence it was much safer to walk the streets and walk into a grocery store without wondering if a crazy person was going to start shooting for no reason.

Shon Mosley Hi Shon! Here you are! Scalloped Potatoes With Aretha: 1 large garlic clove 1 tablespoon butter, at room temperature 5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick 4 tablespoons fresh thyme 4 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 4 cups heavy cream or milk 4 ounces Parmesan cheese grated 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rub the inside of a 3 quart gratin dish with the cut sides of the garlic clove. Using a pastry brush, spread butter evenly in dish. Cut a piece of parchment paper to cover dish, and brush one side with softened butter. 2. Arrange one-fifth of potato slices in an even layer in the dish, and sprinkle with one-fifth of the thyme, salt and pepper. Repeat for a total of five layers with the remaining potatoes, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour cream over potatoes and cover with prepared parchment. Place in preheated oven until potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife, 45 to 60 minutes. Remove parchment, sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and browned, about 30 minutes more.
