Shocker. Erika bringing up the car accident makes me think what I’ve always thought. They 100% planned this together. How many ppl are going to start going after Erika again? Anybody can go watch the show see it in hindsight, that she definitely put seeds of bs everywhere!!! She is as terrible as Tom imo! I may go back and rewatch when Erika first came on. And I want to write down every time she says something, like dropping crumbs. It may have been the reason to get on the show in the first place. To let her get the narrative out that her and Tom wanted. Just in case something happened. I wonder if Tom would throw Erika under the bus? Heck, that may have been in their “pack”. Something like, “when it comes down to the end babe, you do what you need to do and I’ll do what I need to do. But it’s been a fun ride. No hard feelings.” The whole “No honor amongst thieves’ saying. It seems like something those 2 con artists would say to each other.

In Ireland there is a 'Lis Pendens Rule' which literelly means, a litegation pending on a property. A notice filed in the public records to indicate that a legal proceeding is pending that asserts a claim against title to or some other interest in real property. So, if a similar rule exists in the States and Tom took out a loan against the house in order to open the restuarant, they may have a problem putting it up for sale until the loan is cleared.

I grew up around the corner of Ariana & Tom’s house. I can’t tell you how uncool and unhip the neighborhood is. There’s nothing to do there. It’s valley village. Totally boring. And their house - a new build that doesn’t go w the older, more traditional homes in the neighborhood - is basic modern “farmhouse” that is already outdated. They have no taste. No one lives here unless you plan to have children. Their house is also on the corner wh I think made it better for filming (less neighbors who might complain) but is against a busy street. Any hip couple w a couple of mil to spend on a home that is not planning to have children would choose another area in LA (see SL, Los Feliz, EP, Studio City, west side, WeHo). Also - tho the house is 2 stories, it’s also kinda small. So if your SO is blatantly having an affair right under your nose then, uh, you need glasses. That’s pretty tough to pull off in that environ (tricks of filming makes the house seem much bigger)

The symptoms descripted by caregiver at the memory care facility sounds real to me, I had multiple experience when people started to delovep cognitive impairment and lost track of time, thinking they are still yound and working. I had a gentlemen believeing that all staff were his school pupils as he was a primary school teacher for almost 50 years.

58:22 ok to be fair Alzheimer’s disease can be tricky to notice in its early stages but the decline can be fast and dramatic. So minor signs may not have been noticed by doctors especially in the case of the trauma doctors that were looking for concussion symptoms not subtle cognitive decline.
