If He wished he would have have asked opposition leader also to accompany him. In that case what would have been the situation of p.vijayan and kerala police. A big salute to you, Governor sir. If I am right, the tender for any major union government project is invited for and on behalf of the President of India, and the state government project is in the name of the respective governor of the state. Then the governor is the constitutional head of the state and hence the first person to be invited. The governor in his address to the KLA always mentions that "My government". If the governor is technically and constitutionally the head of the state government, then the authority concerned would have invited him first. Though governments come into power from time to time of different political parties, the government in principle is an ongoing machinery. So, the governance, the administrative process, and the plans and liabilities of the state are continuous. The state government would have shown the minimum courtesy to invite the governor as well as the opposition leader of the state. But they didn't which shows their mean-mindedness and intolerance No doubt that it is a childish attitude.
