We need to get one thing clear. Palliatives such as rice cannot solve the problem of a large economy like Nigeria. Govt should adopt measures that woill impact all sectors of the economy. In the place of rice, free education, improve health care, reduction on pricrs of goods to mitigate the effect of fuel subsidy withdrawal. Also efforts should be geared towards increasing the value of naira and our exchange rates. These will likely improve the deplorable economic condition of Nigerians.
