Birth control isn't foolproof, even when used properly/on time. Human bodies aren't one-size-fits-all but contraceptives do the best they can. Sometimes unplanned pregnancies happen anyway and it's wrong to force anyone to raise a child they can't afford/don't want. Imagine that child's life. With as many kids are in the hell of foster care, adoption simply isn't the catch-all solution some pretend it is. Pregnancy kills a disgusting percentage of women, so forcing anyone to endure a pregnancy isn't the right avenue to begin with. Women deserve to have the right to do as they wish with their own bodies and, until that fetus is not inside their body, that involves abortion.

Do you think abortion is an easy choice? Sometimes ra p e victims and expecting mother's don't have any other choice. What if the fetus isn't viable, they are missing organs, a brain, functioning lungs. A few seconds after birth they'll live but not for long before the baby suffocates. That is inhumane and cruel to let a baby without functioning organs live for a few minters just to satisfy your own sense of morals. In cases where the fetus dies in the womb and the mother's body cannot pass the fetus without the help of an abortion. Keeping a dead body within a living one leads to sepsis and then death. Abortions are more than just not wanting to have a baby. I suggest you watch Hulu's IMPACT x Nightline: On The Brink. All of the women interviewed wanted to give birth but because of complications they weren't able to and had to seek an abortion in order to stay alive. Many had to fly to other states to seek medical help or risk death.
