The stegosaurus like dinosaurs towards the beginning are actually dimetrodons, but it’s odd that different era dinosaurs all were on the ark together
@Pistolpete1473 жыл бұрын
@Poptarrtz there is no such thing as “different era dinosaurs” the earth is young, only 6000 years old, the flood of Noah was about 4500 years ago. The lies of evolution tell you, and sadly every kid in public school, that there was a mezzezoic, Paleozoic, blah blah blah but it’s all just made up lies. God Created all creation in just 6 literal days and dinosaurs lived with people. There were actual dinosaurs on the ark of Noah. A modern day Crocodile 🐊 is really a dinosaur. No such thing as millions of years and fossils didn’t get made under millions of years and immense pressure. In fact the Bible said the water came from above and under the earth when the fountains of deep gave up the water! Mass lightning 🌩 and huge waves crushed the animals and people and they were buried very quickly. That is why the fossils look the way they do. Electrocution and pressure made them the way they are. Gods word the Bible is true and eternal. I encourage you to read it, and know that Jesus loves you and died on the cross for you! John 3:16, Romans 10:9;10, open your heart to receive Christ into your life, He will give you eternal life and make you a child of the kingdom! You will be a new creation and have a new heart! God bless you!

@@Pistolpete147 Hi, Petra. I am a Christian too, and I am here to inform you that quite a few, if not the majority of Christians have accepted evolution for decades by this point. Nowadays, most of us have accepted evolution as a work of God like the plagues or Jesus. Keep in mind that even the original version of the bible was written by one of the disciples, not Jesus. We need to remember to see the world as well as the bible. You're ignoring the progress of the world to focus on events told 2000 years ago that could have gotten muddled up over time. It's up to us to know where to blur the line between science and the modern and past bibles. Both have truth in them, and someone needs to forge a new bible that involves the additional information we've collected over time since its conception.
@Pistolpete1473 жыл бұрын
@@tjmccullen2040 with all due respect, I disagree. The Bible is the inspired, God breathed, inherent word of God in its entirety. Written by 40 authors, all Holy Spirit inspired, and it contains 66 books, written over 1500 years. God created the world in 6 literal days, and rested on the 7th. There is no reason to see any “blurred” lines, for when Christ came into our hearts, the blur was made clear! Amen! I’m assuming you are born again, not just saying you’re a Christian because you were inoculated at a young age in a catholic or Christian private school, but that you had a real experience of coming to a saving knowledge of Jesus. He died for our sins on Calvarys cross, and rose again and descended to heaven, seated at the fathers right hand to intercede on our behalf. Praise God it feels good to be a blood bought child of the Kinsman redeemer amen! But I don’t and will not believe in a evolution as you point out. That is from the world. It’s carnal thinking. We must take the word of God on faith and know He inspired every word in that precious book! No super computer could ever put it together! Only GOD almighty can do that! Please don’t minimize what a holy eternal God has done and believe it to be as He has written it to Be! God bless you!

@@rapidrrobert4333 sir, calm your swollen ego. There where many ways they used to water proof wooden ships in ancient times. And even if not perfect, what water did come in could easily have been drained out and the leak fixed. If it was impossible civilization would not exist. Wooden ships have been the main stay of water travel for almost all of time. I beg you do a little research.
@STho2053 жыл бұрын
Guys... Just go back and read the story (Gen 6) yourself... Like this is the first time you read a novel chapter in any book. It takes decades to build following God's plan God SEALED them in. God lifted them on the water floating above the earth for over a year. All this time they are *sealed* in. Eventually Noah cuts a hole to look for land. The story is kept because it is a metaphor of God's salvation of those that do not go against God's plan for Man. This makes it quite different from many other flood myths that are often more Odyssian... Like the flood of Gilgamesh. If you also carefully read ch 3,4,5 you understand the context of the story. If you read Isaiah 42 afterwards...then you see why the Jews and Christians kept the story in their origins book (or God inspired them to keep it) I'm not caring if you believe in anything or not....just read it in the context of its rabinnical intention.

all of the godless world dioramas just looked like a straight up good time.
@5325bunny3 жыл бұрын
To godless people yes, but once you become saved and you put your faith in God and start praying, reading his word, etc, your desire for worldly, wicked pleasures decreases. You eventually get to the point where it replusles you. God satisfies you, he quenches your thirst, you long for virtuous things. But the Devil is smart and cunning, he comes to you like a thief in the night and tempts you, he twists things around so you get confused. If you stay near to God he will stay near to you. Nothing on this earth can compare to the love he has for each and everyone of us. We just have to choose him, it is our choice, he gave us free will to do what we want, but sadly most people don't choose him, they choose themselves and sin.

Where's the planetary water on Mars that were once great oceans forming the now dry basins? Where does the remaining frozen liquid go when the ice caps shrink every year and then grow again? Fair questions. Not confirming or denying religious doctrine, but still fair comparitive questions.

I can appreciate how you were respectful during your tour since you aren't presenting scientific facts. However, being a local resident near this 'Encounter", and knowing that local schools send children there on field trips, I find this monstrosity to be an abomination. Ken Hamm, the lunatic who built this, conned Kentucky taxpayers into paying for part of it. Most people in this area consider Ark Encounter to be a humiliating reminder that pseudo-Christians need some education.

It’s 16 miles away from South Padre Island and 33 miles away from the SpaceX/Starbase thing!
