Arkansas State Police chase DWI driver in Lexus SUV - Brake-Check during PIT rolls Trooper's Car

A representative of the Arkansas State Police confirmed that the trooper attempted to make a tactical vehicle intervention (TVI, commonly known as a PIT maneuver).
The suspect brake-checked the trooper before fleeing on foot.
The suspect was identified as 50-year-old Antoine Sweezer of Little Rock.
He was taken into custody near Glenmere and Boyle Park and medically cleared at UAMS before being transported to the Pulaski County Jail.
Antoine Sweezer was charged with:
-Speeding more than 15mph over (CLASS C MISDEMEANOR)
-Reckless driving (CLASS B MISDEMEANOR)
-Criminal mischief (CLASS C FELONY)
-Fleeing on foot (CLASS C MISDEMEANOR)
-Fleeing in vehicle (CLASS A MISDEMEANOR)
Charged with a Misd. rather than a Felony due to the driver not driving reckless during the pursuit
-Driving while intoxicated (MISDEMEANOR)
-Refusal to submit to a chemical test (VIOLATION)
-Driving on a suspended license (MISDEMEANOR)
-Leaving scene of an accident (CLASS D FELONY)
-Public intoxication (CLASS C MISDEMEANOR)

I don't think the suspect was break-checking the trooper per se but rather they were slowing down for the speed bump in the road. If not for the speed bump, the trooper's cruiser probably wouldn't have rolled over at that moment.

Well, while a lot of the vehicles involved in chases are stolen, in this case? That is a GX470 and at least 15 years since the last GX470 was made in 2009. Not that expensive, probably $8K-$25K depending on mileage, condition, etc. Still loving my 2006 GX470 :)
