My thoughts on the Arkansas Washing Equipment and Arkansas Softwash Kits scam! I can finally say something.

Anybody that has been affected by this situation and is out money please send an email to [e-mail]. He’s dealing with a lot of people so be patient but he should be able to get you some answers and give you some guidance on what to do.

I’m furious that you and others had to go through this. I definitely know how it feels to be scammed. You go from shock, to anger, to embarrassment, to murder, and back again. 😂 Just know that everything will workout for you in the end, and you will be a better man and business man for it. man he has ruined my dreams of starting a pressure washing career. i watched your tik toks and followed through your videos to contact him and reached out. seemed like a great guy always called back and made me confident to push forward. this morning i found out i’ve been scammed out of thousands of dollars and have decided to seek legal action. Tristian, I’m sorry to hear that man. The news that I have as of now is that two days ago he was in court and was put in jail. I believe yesterday he bailed out and the state is putting a case together to charge him criminally. Sorry to hear that Mary, last I heard he was in jail but bailed out the next day. Haven't heard much since then but I know he isn't in the clear. Not sure if anyone will get their money back unfortunately since its possible he will file bankruptcy. I would definitely reach out to a lawyer and see what your options are.

I was soooo close to pull the trigger last year with Shawn. He promised me this and that but something told me just to wait until the spring. He reached out to me in Jan about a sale and I never got back to him…glad I ignored him a few times. One thing that was a little sketch was he told me to have my wife also apply for a loan application through click lease to get a high end washing trailer….??? Sorry to all of you who are involved.

The guy seemed a bit off from the start. His tone and mannerisms seemed like he was hiding something or insecure. Like people with certain bad habits do. Neither of which I like to see in someone to do business with on any level. He also seemed to copy Coty’s every move. I hope everyone that got taken finds a way to push through it and glad to hear some builders are stepping up to help.

It’s not the buyers fault they paid out before the product was delivered. But clicklease isn’t the most ethical business either from what I can see.

I waited a year for my skid. When I finally got it was robbed of all the name brand parts as well as missing alot of things. I’ll do a video soon. This situation is truly terrible for so many people. My heart goes out to everyone involved and I sure hope we can find a solution.

I've been working for six months on plans to launch my business. I'd planned to launch mid-March. Now I've got nearly everything but stinking equipment. Web page, Fin Print shirts, door hangers, cards, Markate all set up and ready to go. But no equipment. I can't believe I got scammed by these guys. I ordered Dec 22. Communication was slow and then went to nothing. I threatened to sue then told them I was coming to Arkansas to get my trailer. A few days later, Shawn disappeared.

Not sure if this would be for you or not. Desperate situations call for desperate actions. Something similar to this happened to me once. A shady businessman I work for owes me $3,800. Payday comes he's nowhere to be found after weeks of trying to contact any finally answers his phone and says leave him alone that he will never be found again. I spent about $25 on the internet for people finder. Within one day I had his address. The next day he had a very loud Awakening at 6 a.m. in the morning. Two days later I had all my money

Praying for all of you. Us here at clean N Company bought a trailer from Arkansas washing equipment in march of 2022 and it took 8 months to receive it and in the mean time had to purchase a skid to get jobs taken care of. I still did not receive everything that was suppose to be on my trailer. I feel for everyone that is going trough this. Big shout out to coty with SESW who I should have went to buy a trailer from.

I ordered from Shawn in 2020 and 2021 and while I did receive my kits, both arrived damaged, missing components, and the Reaper I got was broken. I had also paid extra for extra camlocks, 600’ of hose total, and two downstream kits and never received any of it. Shawn told me multiple times that “the wife” sent it out, etc. Sad to see a couple years later this is what his business has transcended to.

All I can say is that I ordered / purchased / picked up Shawn's 1st dual twin 100 gallon vertical tank skids for a short bed truck - 2 years ago this month actually. Quality off the charts and I'm picky. Communication could've been better. I hate to hear this. I do remember thinking that he seemed stressed beyond belief (anyone in business can relate) Help was always a problem for him. Sorry for all the people out on this. I pray for his children.

I ordered a bandit skid in November 10, 2022 . I didn’t receive my equipment & I made five payments through click lease. I called clicklease they told me to wait 5 business days to wait to see if they can get in contact with the vendor Arkansas Softwash first because I want to know what r they going to do about the money I already paid

It’s very tricky since so many different people are involved, I think it’s going to be a slow process unfortunately. Hopefully they can get your money back and stop the payments. That’s what they should do at least.
