Since Rosmontis and Shiroko have the same appearance and are voiced by the same jp voice actress - Ogura Yui (小倉 唯), this joke has been going through Arknights and Blue Archive community several years ago.

Funniest part? In Arknights I feel my effort! I put operators on the position and retreat them, I order when they use their skills and how battlefield will be used to our advantage. In blue archive? I dunno, they just run, and occasionally I tell them who to shoot/heal/buff/debuff. It’s feels kinda sad actually
