The more I listen to this song and after knowing Ascalon's story after Theresa's death, the more I interpret this song as a message of Ascalon's anger. That's why the lyrics seem to have a threatening aura behind them.

@@Konpekikaminari well, she’s a leader of her own department and also has the privilege to act on their own accord without the permission from Rhodes Island while still being a part of it, so I guess she is above them in terms of authority

@@user-GG98 She's basically equal to Kal'tsit in terms of standing. A solid parallel to draw would be Kristen and Saria. Ascalon/Saria are, technically speaking, employees to Kal'tsit/Kristen. However, Kal'tsit/Kristen give them the ability to perform mostly autonomously on their own judgement, something that can only be born from a position of extremely high trust between individuals.

Music is amazing btw, This EP's never miss with just how good they are, I may be mad at what happens in the Game from time to time, But that's just because I'm so dang passionate about it, Easily one of my favorite Games I've ever played. I can never get over how it's just a Gacha Game of all things lol... It so deserves to be a Triple AAA Game, I'd love to see it get Valkyrie Chronicles-like Game-play in the future, Maybe even some Stellar Blade type combat as well, Both would work with Arknights Strategic style, And fit the setting of Terra as well xD
