A lot of people (include me) love it. RA is flawed in many way (Very grindy at the beginning, too many RNG to get last ending, wave design that has elite enemies rush in way too fast etc.), but its concept and its gameplay after you finished building base are fun. Totally deserve to new permanent gamemode just like IS.

6:56 Here's what i get as a Mythology & Legends enthusiast The Ark for Arknights stands for a ship that is built by Noah, which is a ship to save lives from The Genesis Flood. Ark has a lot of animals on it too as their passenger (I'm not a christian so correct me if I'm wrong on some parts). And Knights which means Knights So the animal human races saving the world thing on Arknights's Rhodes Island is a reference to that story which is really cool

The translation of CN name literally means Tomorrow Ark which heavily reference to Noah Ark. But instead of focus on animals as passengers I think it focus more on topic "Survival of Civilization". The whole story about AK about civilization. Those who fight to maintain civilization and those who fight to protect what past have left them

Started after grani's event ended, and still going strong to this day. I sometimes felt tired or bored, but i never abandoned the game because with every event there's always something new with every events and updates, plus with how generous it is, i can pull for who i want most of the time. Thank you arknights for 4 years of enjoyment and pain and suffering

5:25 its possible that there was a form of "morale system" seens in other games like Kancolle, where overusing a unit in a short amount of time would reduce their effectiveness. Maybe the timer was for when the moralemof the team was fully restored??? No other guesses i have really explain it

Been playing since august 16, 2023 'cause Dusk outfit is on playstore. Looking back, it was her who catched my attention and clicked AK while casually scrolling for games. I am not a gamer but since installing Arknights app, I never missed a day of login and even made a side account to cater my thirst to play the game if my main is out of sanity. Tried the trendy r99 two months ago but eventually deleted it cause it didn't give me the thrill that AK gives me. Hope my passion to play will continue in the coming months/ years. I've been playing arknights for 4 years, yep, since it was announced at late months of 2019. But I actually found AK far before any global players found it, or perhaps I was like the one of the first batch to found it. It was from a typical EDM vid on youtube where you slap the music with anime illustration. The music was posted at 2018 with an illustration of Amiya. It was at the year where I often listened to nightcore and other EDMs. Boy I never imagined I entered Gacha and VTuber rabbit hole through music.

I've been playing since around Bagpipe's release, currently been kinda on-and-off, but I can day with certainty that Arknights is one of my favorite games, and probably my favorite "media IP" of all time. The amount of cool stuff that comes out of this franchise is on a whole other level, incredible music, illustrations, animation, concerts, and everything in between.

I mean, isn't it just literal? Kinda spoilery? Ark as in something like Noah's ark because they're all animals and the whole theory about Terra being an "Ark" of sorts, and then Knights is kinda self explanatory because the lack of widespread firearms technology and the existence of arts in Terra allows a lot of weapons and stuff to be OP (like literal knights being among the strongest warriors in the Arknights universe) so using the word "knights" is just the coolest way to describe the whole melee style of fighting that's kinda common in Terra. So yeah, that's my interpretation of "Arknights" after 4 years of playing 👍

I really appreciated this video. I discovered Arknights late, on the original Sultifera Navis event. This game has a lot going for it. I hope Hypergryph brings their knowledge from all the good things they've done in Arknights to Endfield. The future is looking good at the least.

Started playing around the drop of chapter 6 and have been enjoying Arknights since. Tried a few gacha games throughout the years but nothing really hooked me quite like this game. I originally started on the JP Arknights in 2019, it was amazing but I couldn't read well enough so I stopped playing for a bit between 2021 and 2022...(it was stupidly hard to beat levels when I didn't realise that E1 and E2 were a thing because of illitaracy). But I eventually got sucked back into it, but on the international server this time. While I miss the rewards on the JP server, it's so much more fun being able to a) easily understand the story and b) have irl friends that help me with getting clues. I love the art and I will stay for the art-

after a year of playing arkinghts without ever swiping my card I have enough 6 star characters to clear any event lvls or hard lvls while when I was playing genshin from launch to the next anniversary without missing a single login and still feel like shit to not completer the spiral abyss I can definitely say that arknights cares

4 years although actively more like 3. I started it somewhere in 2020, stopped playing and came back in 2021 during the eunectes event where I got my first 6star which was hellagur. I still hate him to this day but honestly, eunectes isn't any better. Although at least she's a waifu! So yea seeing this screen at 32:06 is quite nostalgic cause I fondly remember getting rosmontis and being super excited about it!

Friend of mine showed me this game back in April of 2022 and was also a little worried to play because Gacha, but the tower defense aspect and the different classes design really had my attention and gave it a shot, almost 2 years of playing and Happy how much this game Is overall, i still have a few side stories to clear and a few more that is just cutscenes only to read up but Ive been enthralled with the world, characters, environment and little things that lead up to the next event or moment. Im still on Chapter 11 of the story and still need to work on it to get to 12. but been so happy to have a game that I Truely deeply love more so then I thought. plus still love the fact that I started playing when the "Invitation of Wine" event was happening and on the LAST Day of the banner I Pulled Lee. I love him to much XD first Maxed out character too, Saved my ass during Lingering Echoes big time. I may not have been there for some events or moments before. but the ones I have seen been wonderful imo and hopefully keeps going well with the characters and story, I dont expect every event and update to be insane but just things that keep being wonderful and entertaining over time.

The last time i played arknights was the last 3 days of Hellagurs banner and after a week the first summer event released AKA Schwarz and Ceylon release. And i think that is the only event that the game give you a free 10 pull ticket. Which is crazy because we get some free 10 pull coming from 2 new 6 stars and most of it were Alters. But the Schwarz one was the weird but an Experience i have having a 10 pull on that kind of event.

Have been playing non-stop since the SEA release,in case any of y'all don't know,SEA servers were delayed by...a week?,two weeks?,and basically only four days left to spam "Grani & The Knights' Treasure" in order to get Grani and max her out. And I will never stop playing this wonderful game that sets the benchmark for what a live service RNG based game should be,it is far superior to Kantai Collection,Warship Girls,anything Mihoyo makes ever since CN attacked and destroyed the HI3 EN excusive bunny suit event,and the game is on par,if not better,then Azur Lane,Girls' Frontline,a bunch of other games that came after AK,all while doing the same thing but even more original then the entire Touhou series,bonus points for AK once Touhou : Lost World came out. May Arknights live on forevermore.

i'm start play arknights since first release because of my friend recommendation, i have zero expectation back then because i was a simple person, great design character and love grinding stuff for great rarity. (same with azur lane and Girls frontline). it's still a great game as the time goes on with better storytelling and great mechanics (sometimes gimmicks) when it comes to stages. i had three acc before financial hits me and i'm sold two +100 levels, one from the first release and one from 4 month after the launch. kinda regret it but the third one right now have mumu and reed alter so.. im good

Started playing when Rosmontis banner premier, so 2 and a half-ish years. I wanna try gacha games, my first choice was GFL (the only gacha games i know beside Genshin) unfortunately my phone spec was potato and i don't know about emulator back then (sorry GFL ). Then i found Arknights, somehow managed to played it on my phone, and the concept of tower defense with gacha to me was interesting, and the rest was history.
