I know this is late , but I lived in the apartments behind which her body was found . There’s a little creek and there’s a dog walking trail in the apartments right next to the creek . It’s absolutely reasonable that someone was walking their dog and the dog smelled something and he looked into the creek and saw her.

I hope Ancestry DNA testing is something you guys consider! I’ve seen a lot of cold cases get solved by doing so. I’m assuming they might not have DNA? cause they won’t even give out that information .. I’m watching this as it’s the end of February so I’m hoping it’s been done. I will never forget when I seen the documentary on this. So sad. Also I this needs to be more spread around the Media! I would have to agree with you, because I too hope that This Family gets Closure, because No Parent should ever go through the pain of losing a child, either Kidnapped or Murdered, I think that there should be tougher, stricter, laws to protect both Children and Women from being Kidnapped and Murdered, there should be longer, harder, harsher, prison terms to keep these pedophiles and predators in prison, there should be security cameras in every suburban neighborhood in every single small town and big city, there should be neighborhood watches in every single neighborhood in every single small town and big city, there should be Stranger Danger Classes in every single public school in every single small town and big city, so that children would learn what to do if a Stranger should approach them, like helping them find a lost dog, or offering them money and a Job, Etc. I lived in those apartments where her body was found . There’s a dog walking trail right next to the creek where her body was dumped . He was walking his dog and the dog must have smelled the body , it started barking and he looked down into the creek and saw her body. There’s a dirt road that goes behind those apartments, it used to be very secluded back then . I’m assuming the killer drove down that dirt road and dumped her in the creek .
