I love how nice and humble you are Jay. Growing up I watched my older brother live the bodybuilder lifestyle and talk about you and other greats in the early 2000s. Now that I’m older and getting around to hitting the gym I’ve been watching your videos. Do you have a favorite playlist/artist you ever put on during workouts?

Thanks Jay for your expertise and your guidance. I always enjoy your videos. Please keep them coming. Take it easy!

I used to break down my workouts to just one set of muscles per day, except Arm Day, it was both Biceps & Triceps like this. Loved the pump on my arms. Now, I pair Chest & Biceps, Back & Triceps, Legs, Shoulders...4 days per week workout. I find combining a "push/pull" in the same workout really allows me to work the arm muscles more effectively.

makes no sense to inverse chest and biceps with back & triceps

I do upperbody lowerbody split for this reason, I don't like next day overlap, increases risk of overtraining tweaks.

i like the moss wall, i also do pushdowns with the lat pulldown bar, i dont see a lot of guys doing underhand pushdowns like that. I do them but not sure how effective they are, feels kinda awkard sometimes, feels like it works a werid part of the tricep that is immune to growth

Hi Jay. I love that variant of tricep press downs. I call it the TNT press, as if hitting a dynamite plunger. Question for you, do you ever super set biceps and triceps? Is such a great pump
@Tauma_Nubez6 күн бұрын
Never liked tricep training because i always felt the pump in one arm and not the other one it wasnt until i warmed up both arms that i stared to like it now i love it also dont forget to warm up maybe you can show us how you warm up next time. 👍👍👍

''I know that some people criticize this movement but the arms speak for themselves''... Not just your arms, my inspiring friend. Your titles too. And who you are. Flex's ''He's Back!'' cover is one of your best calling cards. Anyone who wants to criticize you (or your range of motion) need only look at the cover of this magazine to be reminded that when it comes to bodybuilding training, it's your way. The Cutler way.
