I truly admire his business acumen in establishing and growing a business. He is really dialed into his market and really relates well to them. His use of technology, social media to build his brand, and then getting out there "boots on the ground", meeting people. Doing it righ and bringing the same focus that made him a champion. And ready to get back on stage! ONCE A CHAMPION, ALWAYS A CHAMPION. Jay is truly amazing, and an inspiration not only re training/health, but also an inspiration to anyone wanting to start a successful business. And of course, I must admit, I am a big fan, and have that quad stomp on my greatest sports moments in history. Sandwiched between the epic Franz Klammer run and Ali's knock out of Foreman. Total respect.

I'll be honest. I don't want to eat like a bodybuilder. I am a lean 190 lbs, 6'2, and I want to stay that way. I eat whatever I want and stay lean because I exercise a lot, but I don't eat out of control either. However I do enjoy occasionally watching bodybuilders workout because it is just amazing to watch these guys put on so much muscle mass, with a low amount of body fat. It is crazy watching them eat too. I tried once upon a time to eat five and six meals a day but it so extremally time consuming (cooking/ washing dishes), expensive, and even when I did get up to 225lbs I didn't feel good. So kudos to these monsters out here slaying it in the kitchen, gym, and on the stage! Keep it up, because I enjoy watching it!

You don’t have to eat all those meals if you’re not on some sort of juice or supplement. It turns all of that into protein assimilation. That’s why stars who have to gain a lot of muscle in six weeks say they’re eating 6000 cal a day. A normal person who eats 6000 cal a day we just become fat.💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Jay is talking about the volume of food, not the calories. He was talking about eating "more" food that is less calorie dense. Aka, eating less calories but with more volume to the meals. Thats why he talked about cutting fats, and not carbs or protein.

Dexa 7.5 pct or scale? that's very hard to do after losing 90 lbs as extra skin alone will screw you over. Doesn't get much better than 7.5%, thats elite levels and nearly impossible to sustain more than few weeks. If so good job

He was so cool and fun to be around. Thanks Jay for helping all of us

I do cardio 5 days a week 30 minutes. Workout 5 days a week. Eat chicken rice and broccoli and salads with olive oil as dressing twice a day. Oatmeal 1/2 cup with ceylon cinnamon added. Jay I've been a fan since you turned pro. You're a HUGE inspiration. I've been dieting with my couch since February for a regional masters show on 8/19. It's so true! He's had me eating 25% more than I was. Fat has been coming off. It's crazy really. High protein and carbs with low fat like Jay said. Now in prep 11 weeks out he's pulled some carbs and added postworkout cardio. I'm enjoying the process and NO CHEATS. I won a regional masters at 40. Now 45 and with this coach I'm in a better position at this point. Should it go well we'll push to Pittsburgh for a shot at becoming a Masters Pro. Taking it a week at a time now.

I'm 59 yrs of age got back in the gym a few years ago. I have to say, as you age, your body composition/chemistry/ biology changes as well, and at a younger age than you may think. Finding the right food intake at my age is difficult. What works for someone won't work for me etc. It's all about experimenting and finding the magic menu. Also, being on a budget also makes a difference on the volume/portions you might want to eat but can't afford. It's a minefield.

Great Jay walk today. Yes, diet is everything. Although mine sucks. It's will and want. It's so easy to tell yourself you're gonna eat better or clean, but actions speak for themselves. I think if I were a full time actor on TV or movies, it would be motivation like no other.
