This was a crazy workout. Took me about 25 minutes to make it up to 20 using 25 lb kb. Heart rate was consistently around 160. Looking forward to seeing if it helps my motocross endurance this season. Thanks for the workout!

This channel is great with alot of good workouts but The technique for the KB clean is horrendously executed in this one.

If you want injure yourself this is a good method. I'm not a personal trainer but I assure you that if you want to train with kettlebells better you know how to use them properly.

The weight on this movement was light for Jack. He is well trained and knows how to move well. His rack position isn't ideal I'll admit however, other than being less efficient, there is no harm in anything he is doing.

@@Fit4Racing Oh, I see he's well trained but surely not for/with kb. Hope he will improve is form. 👍
@Fit4Racing5 жыл бұрын
@@badorx What I mean by well trained is that he isn't an amateur athlete, he has been training for many years and knows his body and it's limits. But yes, as you say - not well trained with kettlebells.

@@Fit4Racing I din't want to seem a keyboard warrior anyway, but that form of clean and jerk need to be fixed in order to show it to some beginner. Thank you for your answer and your work!

@@badorx No worries brother, we love comments Yours has been helpful so we could explain a little further. What you see is what other see and it's important that someone asks the questions so we get the chance to reply.

OMG that rack position is horrible. thats not by design right?
@Fit4Racing5 жыл бұрын
Jack has some work to do on his positions to be honest. He's a very strong guy and the weight was light for him so the failure to rack well wasn't of concern.

Hi, what should i do if my bigger issue is lifting it over the head and not holding it , i must struggle to hold it if i understand it right?
@Fit4Racing25 күн бұрын
Is that because of the weight or your mobility? Or does is come down to failure overhead when the reps get high so your grip is fine but your shoulders fatigue first?
@Sokol3025 күн бұрын
It comed down to failure overhead when the reps get high,@@Fit4Racing

Dang, I just play 5 hours of competitive badminton a week and ride the right grips, bars (carbon bars rule) for me and dont really get arm pump. Not bad as I have broken my arm a few times, have a new plate (old one removed), wrist sat 18 degrees out.... I once did some climbing and do hanging exercises. Maybe it's my desk job and typing so fast that helps. Throwing a kettle bell onto an arm with a plate in it... no thanks, hurts like mad hitting the screws.
@Fit4Racing5 жыл бұрын
You could try with a dumbbell and have less impact.

I thought that cardio was the best method of reducing arm pump not weight training the arms? OR is that like a super light weight for him.
@Fit4Racing5 жыл бұрын
This is light but I disagree about cardio being the best thing to help arm pump. Along with cardio, you must train muscular endurance in the grip, strength and ability in the hips and many other elements.
