The king's move should be more tightly regulated and elbow fouls more appropriately enforced while it's being used. As far as "antics" go, that is how the sport grows. Muhammad Ali received the same criticism you just gave Hale. And to me, part of being "manly" is not letting antics bother you in the least. You'd probably let Hale live in your head rent free while pulling.
