@@voiceofarmwrestling I have a question. I entered a tournament and in one of my matches I slipped and when I did it sprung my arm. Is there a trick to keep that from happening or will it get less painful when my arm is conditioned to it?
@jdj20222 жыл бұрын
@@jacobanderson63 just needs conditioning. Slipping is really painful when you are new.

Great video! I really enjoy how you both cover so many angles and types of options for the techniques you explain. All of these details really put a lot of importance on not only center table, but also being able to read the moments just after center. Which I love and has helped me everytime I get table time. Thanks you guys so much. 💪

Hey coach ray I just want to say you killed it with Larry; doing your program for a month his fingers and wrist had massively improved; it’s a major major difference, watch his recent arm wrestling video, there’s a guy Mohammed who was folding him on the table before, it was in the video of the DAWC and you was there. In this recent video that same guy Mohammed couldn’t even budge Larry, it’s crazy the improvement man honestly
@GangdamStyle203 жыл бұрын
Yeah, i noticed that too. If you can't get outside of Larry it gets very difficult against him.

Great Video guys! So the offensive being demonstrated looks like a pronating high hook. He's cupped then pronating. My favorite move so easy to identify. Very strong move, and when executed almost unstoppable.

How do you train your 1st finger or 1st 2 fingers for toproll . Can you make a video on same. & at the same time you are holding someone's bone line to not let them rise or top roll with your 1st finger ....

Me and my friend struggle against lowhand toproll so I just tell him maintain pronation and just super sidepressure. Seems to work really well. This video is great!
