What if i do pronation seated on a bench, i dont do it like devon because it hurts my lower back. I do more range of motion opening the hand and pronating the weight, thoughts on that?

I always do 75% of what my max is in the circuit. But I will go up 2.5 pounds on each workout about every week or I may skip a week and keep the same weight. I always lesson to what my body is saying. Train hard but smart. Thank you my friend.
