During your wrist pronation I see you wrap it round the wrist. I find not wrapping it allows for more leverage an the thumb and more engagement during the pivot. All the same, great video

Maybe do less weight and you'll get more range of motion. Those aren't reps. Those are hip lunges. Goofy
@Trey-Farmhand-Suit22 күн бұрын
Nah I’m good that’s the form I’m going for. It’s for arm wrestling. It’s more of a static lift that applies most of the pressure on your thumb and Pronator. If I was training my bicep I’d agree with you but that’s not the point of the lift.
@CenturianEagle22 күн бұрын
You don’t know what you’re talking about 😂, you think everyone trains for the same reasons and goals etc!? If you don’t even know about arm wrestling or arm wrestling training, then how did you even get here!?
@JosephLongworth-m2w3 күн бұрын
@@Trey-Farmhand-Suit To effectively build arm wrestling muscles, you need a full range of motion in your elbow joint, particularly focusing on flexion (bending) and a moderate range of wrist flexion and extension, allowing you to generate maximum torque and power throughout the movement, especially at the crucial "hook" position where most arm wrestling pressure is applied. Key points about range of motion for arm wrestling: Elbow flexion: This is the most critical range of motion, as it allows you to apply maximum force when pushing your opponent's arm down. I hope Google helps
@WanderingTheWest22 күн бұрын
It’s not that you aren’t 90 degrees, it’s that your losing your pronation entirely here. Look at Devon’s lift and how he keeps his pronation through the whole lift. See how much weight you can do while keeping your pronation and progress from there. This is too much for you to do the lift correct. No offense at all.
@Trey-Farmhand-Suit22 күн бұрын
I agree for this time period it was to much. I can easily do it now. Check out my newer videos. Thanks for the support. That was my first time trying the lift ever.
@ArmwrestlingBitola124 күн бұрын
What if i do pronation seated on a bench, i dont do it like devon because it hurts my lower back. I do more range of motion opening the hand and pronating the weight, thoughts on that?
