I had a similar situation. I had labrum surgery and was in a sling for three months straight. I’m a left dominant and it always have been my slightly bigger side. When I was finally able to take the sling off, my right side was so atrophied that it actually looked comical. It took me a while, but with enough therapy and exercises I feel like I’m more even now. Good luck on your recovery, Sir, it’s not easy, but you will do it!
