Letting my elbow flexors rest by doing lighter weight on the table. Also incorporating the wrapping technique that Rino Masic uses, which takes getting used to after doing just the double loop. I'll make another video discussing why I switched to it.
Pronation and rise with the cone handle is still going great. I want to see how it transfers to the belt lift sometime, because this seems a lot harder than the belt lifts. Kind of rushed pronation because I had to get to sleep, but I'll clean up the form better next time.
Been slacking on cup so I've been trying to hit the eccentric handle at least every other day now. This is another one I need to max on again to see if I've made progress.
I've tried to avoid maxing to let everything get nice and healed up. My right shoulder issue finally has started going away. Probably from using better form.
