Love how Ariel always tries to deny that he baits fighters into saying things but it's always so blatant. Like at 17:42, how exactly did he think Arman would respond? He asks leading questions in nearly every interview where he can and then tries to pull the "But I wasn't the one who said it!" card when people call him out on it. And he had the gall to get mad at Joe Rogan for pointing it out a while back.

Anyone who bothered watching his post-fight presser (or even this interview) already knows how he feels about Bobby and the bad stoppage. What was the point of asking that question other than to get a juicy response out of Arman? Did Ariel honestly expect Arman to give a civilized response there? And another example I can recall off the top of my head was the time Francis came on right after his boxing match. "How do you think Dana White feels about it?" Thankfully, Francis took the high road on that one but that was 100% an attempt to generate a viral moment by Ariel. Ariel uses leading questions all the time to create/fuel drama between fighters. Try and look out for it next time he has a fighter on that has bad blood with another fighter. He'll ask a question with the most obvious answer just so he can goad the fighter into rambling about the other guy.

This kid has finally understood that making noise gives you attention, the big fights and opportunities. Attacking Green and then knocking out Dariush was a superb move. Rankings are lame and dumb, and makes ZERO sense. Chandler hasn't fought in 13 months and is ranked at 5. Rafael won't return before after a year and is ranked above Arman at 7. Gaethje is only waiting for yet another title shot at 2. And Dustin at 3 won't fight any new contenders and should just be removed from the rankings at this point. What is even the purpose with having winning streaks when neither Dariush before he lost and Belal now won't get a title shot? Even Arman should have been on a 9 fight winning streak if the judges had scored a knockdown for him in round 4 against Gamrot, which they didn't for some reason they don't know themselves...

He was never gonna attack green and only retaliated when green shoved him off. They don't take words too kindly, just how that part of the world rolls. Khabib did the same thing and believe me it's not because he was scared to approach the great Artem Lobov by himself.

I agree with Arman that Islam will win Oliveira and one big reason is that Oliveira does not even want to watch the first fight and he wants to just "be Charles". But he was Charles and Islam had a gameplan for that and that is why he got knocked down and submitted. What he would need to do is to watch the first fight and see what went wrong and then correct the mistakes and come up with a new gameplan. You need to be humble to improve yourself. With only willpower you don't win fights but with skills and tricks you will. Like Arman had this trick for Beneil, like Leon had the trick for Usman.. If you can't accept the loss, you deny the need to improve your skills. Same what happened to Beneil "I was not myself" when he got smashed by Charles. And what happened again.. Arman vs Charles and Islam vs Justin should happen next. Reason: Justin knocked out Dustin which is huge and has a belt, never had a match with Islam and is already old. I definitely think he deserves a match for the belt. Charles: He has been booked for the second fight but wasn't able to have it due to an injury. Round 5 was the one Arman was completely gassed out. Also Arman looks slow. However in the last two fights he won via TKO/KO. Will be great to see in a 5 rounder. Geithe and Porier are really rough.
