I am sitting here in tears as I have everysingle thing mentioned in this video related to the fact leading towards a diagnosis. To the point of my last recent blood tests revealing this looks to be the case. I see my doctor again on Thursday and am due for my 2nd blood test of what I have been told become 5 weekly (on going at this stage) Since my last visit ti the doctor more or the mentioned symptoms have become very prominent. I cannot believe just how quickly the onset has been. I also struggle with depends issues (only or the last few years) since having severe trauma in multiple aspects. I have turned 44 and right now feel so very alone. To end my communication and I feel what may be a venting public realisation, I do wish to sincerely thank you AH for you amazing explanation and also for your truly also amazing, artworks. I was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) and cirrhosis disease in which I have tried all I could with medical prescription all to no avail.february 1999 and had my left kidney removed at that time. It was determined that no other treatment was needed. This was an incidental finding, seen on an ultrasound to check my gall bladder - I had no signs or symptoms from this tumor. I was followed for 6 years and was deemed cured. In April 2014, 15 years later, I noticed a lump at the top of my sternum and it turned out to be renal cell carcinoma from the tumor previously removed. I am now Stage 4 as this is a metastasis. The cancer had grown through and broke the bone - I never had any pain or symptoms. I had 10 radiation treatments and was put on oral in August 2014. I started experiencing bone pain in Feb/March 2016 and was given an additional 10 radiation treatments which eliminated the pain. A break in the bone just below the tumor was later identified when the scar tissue developed. I remain on daily oral chemotherapy, I was recently introduced to a Chinese herbalists Dr sale bashiru I contacted him and after necessary questions and forms fill out sent me herbs and oil that cured me of all this diseases within three months of trial.im now symptoms and pain free.here is my email address if you may need help. sarahsmi100@gmail.com

In Hepatorenal syndrome, there is basically portal hypertension and the damaged liver released some mediators and therefore splanchnic vasodilation occurs (Remember: the kidneys are not part of the splanchnic circulation). This causes a decrease in arterial filling which activates arterial and cardiopulmonary receptors and causes compensatory vasoconstriction and RAAS activation so Sodium and Water are retained and the plasma volume is increased! In basic terms, the kidney is getting less blood compared to the other organs cause their arterial supply was dilated, so the kidney thinks there is less volume so it activates RAAS and you get edema formation and renal vasoconstriction (which is hepatorenal syndrome)! Thanks a lot as always!

"15:59 - the blood leaving the heart - the atrial blood supply" The blood +O2 supply for all organs leaves the heart through the ventricle. It comes through the atrium (from lungs through pulmonary veins) -> ventricle (Aorta Thoracic + Abdominal) -> cells/tissues/organs, then comes back to the right atrium (through Vena Cava superior + Cava inferior) -> right ventricle (then it's Pulmonary Artery's job to distribue the CO2 blood back to the lungs) You might confuse beginners if you say "the blood leaving the heart - the atrial blood supply".

Normally liver cirrhosis is occurred due to hepatitis, which can lead to liver inflammation and jaundice, or excessive alcohol consumption which can lead to such things as liver failure. Cirrhosis does have two different types of treatment for it which is going to alcoholic dependency therapy groups/ rehab which has a 50:50 ratio of being rehabilitated or not or the easier and more common option is to have a liver transplant from a healthy doner.
