How is it going with you? Bdw ppi will lower hcl, ph will be more alcaline, digestion of food will be harder. Malnutrition will be worse. Also pylori will have an easier environment to live in no? Why do doctors prescribe ppi then?

I also heard that h pylori makes you produce less HCI, so that’s why ppl get acid reflux, bcs low HCI makes the esophagus to remain open. I heard that.

@@xian.1352 I googled these info out and hope they are helpful. The pylori triple therapy (clarithromycin, amoxicillin and pantoprazole) first kills off pylori bacteria in 7 days or 14 days. However, the lesion of stomach ulcer is still there even after this triple therapy. In order to heal the lesion, you continue to take the PPI pantoprazole because without PPI the stomach ulcer will agitate normal cells to produce excessive stomach acid and hence to worsen the lesion. For me, after finishing the 7-day triple therapy, the doctor asked me to continue to take PPI pantoprazole for 6 months, then I will be back to the hospital to check the presence of pylori. I have finished the 1st month of PPI. I think it works because my stomach ache is now much milder than before.

You have to think of H Pylori for what it is. It's an overgrowth of a bacteria that we already have to try and combat whatever problem is happening within our bodies. Not being angry with it is the hardest thing to start with, but it's the key beginning steps to overcoming this life changing bacteria. I had to go onto quadruple therapy, which was *TETRACYCLINE, METRONIDAZOLE, PEPTO BISMOL, and OMEPRAZOLE* Triple therapy failed twice for me. You have to lower the amount of HP bacteria to healthy levels. I lost 40 lbs in weight due to this bacteria, but I prayed every day, I tried to think of it as my body was trying to overcome whatever was happening by increasing the HP to compensate, and I took the harsh antibiotics which temporarily raised my liver ALT levels. You can do it the natural route but it is very expensive!! Key things to remember: 1. Think positively (you will beat it) 2. Pray to our creator and saviour. 3. Avoid sugar, gluten, and dairy until it's gone. 4. Take the quadruple therapy or all of the required expensive supplements. 5. Refer back to number *1* Good luck, and God bless 🙏🏻

Great videos Armando. I want to suggest my logic here for treating HPilory bugs. However I dont have medical degree, but typical treatment against the bug is counterintuitive. My logic is following. If HCL level would be normal, which is the case for healthy person, bug would not appear and survive in the stomach. I dont believe HP penetration through the mucus can be very quick. So surrounding medium have to give bug a chance to do the job effectively. When ulceration is present, for what ever reason, bug in this case, body is increasing HCL production to protect surrounding tissues and blood stream (I suppose?) from bacteria's. So in my opinion introducing anti acid agents is incorrect. Antibiotics are indeed killing bugs, but its like atom bomb, which is wiping all around, even good bacteria's. So there is nothing to protect the stomach anymore. What should be done I think, is introduction of proper probiotics, correct diet (sulfur containing and alkaline foods with correct composition of spices, proper water with highly negative redox level, good fats - technically they should protect open ulcers from harsh HCL, besides polyphenonls might work against the bugs) and exercises (you need good blood oxygenation). All this should be much easier and much more effective. What you think?
