I've been very hyped that this kickstarter being successful. Idk if there's a way to play other heroes besides the main 4, but I'm liking what I'm seeing.

I love Armello. League of Geeks used to say they weren't planning a physical version because a couple mechanics were too complex, but I knew there were work arounds.

I love the digital Armello game, but I can't help but to feel sort of apprehensive when it comes to the change in genre. The Digital game is a Dicebuilding game where you're constantly rolling your dice. But now it's a Deckbuilding game where your dice feel secondary to your cards. I like the fact that in the digital version, you had a global pool of spells and actions that you drew from. I also liked the way you could choose between two quest rewards. The rot mechanic also doesn't sound very fleshed out in this version, as you could embrace rot to be more powerful at the cost of being a consequence free target to kill.

Yep. Gonna wait for retail, if it comes. I see a lot of reason to think this board game might be very average. Whereas the video game is kick ass.

The changes from the digital game look well thought out, looks like it streamlines a few things and the deck building will probably be make the game more appealing in the tabletop space than the if it played just like the digital version. The rot victory condition was cool but frankly very hard to pull off until the DLC came around, so makes sense to omit it but maybe there’s potential for an expansion.

I was so exited for an actual board game of Armello... But was so extremely dissapointed seeing only 4 character And having only 2 ways to win inteast of 4. So much that makes think of not getting the board game at all and just get a couple of copies of the actual videogame to my friends

I have put hundreds of hours into this game. I have never wanted to get anything from Kickstarter until now. I'm definitely getting the Deluxe Edition. I want all the Dice, I want Spirit Stones made of glass I want this game.

Oh My God !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edit: There are quite significant changes from the digital game, however I love the characters and world of Armello, so I don't mind experiencing them with different gameplay mechanics.

are there only two paths to victory, both requiring victory points? (ie, no rot victory or spirit stone king heal?) if so, that would be incredibly disappointing.

I think the main purpose of the Spirit Stones are to gain prestige points. Not sure if this will change in the final production copy.

I enjoy your presentations and positive energy. It's hard to absorb all the details though. Perhaps focus on the emotion and story of the game. But don't necessarily listen to me. This is a hugely successful project.

I've played the digital version and didn't like it very much. So much randomness for a very hard and in your face game, take that from left and right. Me and my friends fought everytim we played hahahaha. But it is gorgeous and maybe the boardgame version makes it a little more bearable for me.

As of the current ruleset there is no 2v2 mode, but things could change in the final copy. I’d recommend messaging the publisher and getting that idea on their radar.

Sad to see many elements of the game not making it to the table (understandably), and the visual presentation (going by the prototype) not being improved. Still, it does seem to have good production value. Still, a pass for me, at least when a much better experience is still available on Steam.
