Armor Set Guide and Tips | Series 2 Part 1 | For The King

The start of a new guide series going through all equip able items in For The King. Part 1 will contain Headgear, Armor and Footgear and additional tips for each class.

These guides have been incredibly helpfull! My first 2 attempts I got roflstomped but on my 3rd, I watched your guides and its made a HUGE difference. Not sure if I'll be able to finish it but I've made it all the way to lvl 7 on my 3 characters and I still got 2 lives. Also had enough lore to get the Herbalist for my next playthrough.

I like putting intelligence hats that have confuse immunity on "strength" type characters so that they can use the Hildebrant's Reserve consumable for 100% damage increase without becoming confused... plus since strength armor sets are lacking in magic resist anyway... these intelligence hats really help to balance out their physical armor and their magic resist armor.

Really small thing, but I would have like the added pictures for the missing sets and dlc items. In addition to also possible focus on early game as well. For example the princess hat is what would I sub on a talent character versus the +1 or +2 talent hats early game.

I really wanted to find images for the new DLC sets but couldn't. I also reached out to the Devs but haven't heard from them. That's a good early game item, princess hat for the Talent Hero.

Thank you for the support. I have tried to adjust the sound when video editing but it's clearly not working well enough. I am ordering a mic boom to get it off my desk and closer to my face. Unfortunately, my next couple video won't have it but in the future, the problem should be solved.

@@prodphet It's really fun to use. I did it on a Minstrel mainly to get better loot from chests and random loot encounters... Actually, does that work? Does luck raise the chance of better loot from chests? Seemed like it, but maybe I just got lucky... Ha! XD

It’s fun to mix it up with luck. It does give you random loot...it also pops up more encounters on the map.

May I ask you how to get the royal suit about strength and magic leather armor? I had played this game 195+h but I never see them...

Magic Leather armor is tough to get, you can get lucky in night markets in the end. But, I’m shocked you haven’t seen any royal armor at end game. I don’t even know how that’s possible with as many hours you have played

The final suit for intelligence and talent is easy to get but the whole suit for strength is super rare... 🤔I checked out my lore store after I know these equipment for increasing strength but I find nothing I can unlock. Items I still not unlock are starfire wind and inferno armor.

To be honest, you want inferno gear. High stat on strength is probably the least required. You want to output more damage. I would work to get through level 8 or 9 on the cellar to unlock that gear
