This stage is classic endurance mission puzzle case from old AC games. The comfortable way to engage this mission is like this video, missiles left right shoulder, right hand weapon that dont need to reload and a fast wide slicing blade on left arm. A true raven fighting style.

Anyone else wanting a build, here's what I used: RH: BAD COOK LH: Vvc-770LB Shoulders: Vvc-706PM Head: LAMMERGEIER/44F Core: LAMMERGEIER/40F Arms: LAMMERGEIER/46/F Legs: KASUAR/42Z Booster: BST-G2/P04 FCS: FC-008 TALBOT Generator- DF-GN-06 MING TANG Expansion- Terminal Armor In the way of strategy, I prioritized the little guys first and foremost, except for with the first Tetrapod. Drop him asap. When Michigan gets there, stay on the little guys. Try to stay on the opposite side of the debris in the middle from him and take them down. Get all of them, drop his health some to bring in the fifth wave of enemies, take the little guys, then the second tetrapod, then it should just be you and Michigan, and its a basic 1v1 AC fight from there. Watch his bubble shields though, just get away when he summons them.

Why terminal armor? I've found assault armor can really be helpful here usually. Kills all the little guys really good and it semi protects you

@@adrianpoltorzycki1211 Most of the damage was taken on Michigan, his build focused on clearing the trash mobs quick so the boss was the weakness because he had only the sword to put out stagger. If you bring a shotgun on your right and a quick melee on the left like the Laser Dagger, as long as you keep moving you can clear out the trash very reliably, and when Michigan shows up, the setup should stagger quite easy by just assault boosting. Just bring something to punish the stagger on your shoulders like the Pile Bunker and Songbirds and he goes down a lot quicker.

I've noticed the flamethrower makes ACs shit themselves, they seem to react to the constant damage and just focus on evasion so if you stick to them like glue they can't do much

I took this build a bit further and just carried dual flamethrowers to melt anything. Dual plasma launchers on the back to help with crowd control. It works. Just gotta keep moving as a lightweight build. This is one of those missions where the tried-and-true tank build failed me simply because there are 1000 bad guys shooting at you, and the last thing you want to be is a slow moving sponge. Just drive-by cook everything with a helping of plasma. Thanks by the way, for putting this out!

Quad with vertical plasma missiles and dual plasma rifles are the ones i used in this mission. Hover in the battlefield. And when michigan appears. Charge shots on the plasma guns and missiles each shot. Charge shot, missile, charge shot missile and repeat until dead.

Gattlings fail you here, missle hell fails you here, multilock can only do so much, Melee seems to be very effective especially meelee that covers a large area

Damn this mission was annoying and almost made me back out and choose the other one. Glad I didn't. Really thought I was going to be stuck on it for a while, only took me about an hour and a half to complete. Switched to the flamethrower and it was getting me somewhat closer to beating it. Ended up beating him with the flamethrower, IRIDIUM(grenade launcher), Vvc-703PM plasma launcher and Vvc-700LD laser drone. Ran out ammo for everything except for the flamethrower and 4 shells left in my grenade launcher. Hectic ass mission bro!!

I kept running out of ammo with whatever builds I used, last attempt I ran out and killed Michigan with punches and had like no HP left and a few enemies remaining, including the last heavy MT. I nearly shit myself panicking but I dodged and finished off the snipers and somehow managed to beat the Heavy MT without getting hit. I think my mistake was bringing shoulder grenade launchers to use on Michigan instead of missiles for all the MTs like you did.

Every enemy AC you fight starting with Raven will use repair kits; you have to make them exhaust all of them then you can finish them off

Forget the blades. After staggering Michigan, use the Chainsaw (specially if you have all OS Chips for Melee) … thank me later. If done right you can almost kill him instantly.

This mission is killing me. I avoided it my first time through. I have a build that seems to have broken every other level in the game - i can run through bosses that previously took me dozens of attempts - but still cant make it happen here. Incredibly frustrating.

The main ones are the Kazuar Legs then the Firmeza Arms and Core, the head was probably the Tian Qiang to have as much EN and Weight as possible.

@@CadillacBoss30 It is possible with multiple gen and booster set ups, you can tell by the blue colour that I am using an arquebus gen, such as most of the 20 series, which do in fact work with this build.

Bro screw this mission. I just beat it with flamethrower plasma rifle. He kept dodging my plasma but if you charge it and get in his face with the flamethrower, he gets caught with charged plasma and that on top of flamethrower melts his health but still I had less than 500 AP and one of the big tetras was not attacking just sitting there passive. Still ran out of plasma ammo. This mission took me at least 5 hrs over a couple days. On top of that. I swear my AI just kept pulling crazy trick shots at me like it's controlled by a real player. Like the tetra would literally jump from behind cover and pre predict I was about to boost and perfectly hit me with a heavy missile multiple times. And then Michigan would be nowhere to be found the whole fight and then randomly at the worst time come out out nowhere and be right up in my grill. This mission is so annoying. It's not about learning the boss I swear it's luck.

There's a method to sort out the enemies like heavy MTs and even Michigan himself by using the spawn area. once Michigan spawns and if by chances the first or second heavy MT isn't defeated what you can do is first fly to the starting area, wait for Michigan and any Heavy MTs that are still alive to follow you there. Then once when you got them there make a mad dash to other side of the map while sticking close to ground near that center bit of the area. If done right Michigan and whatever heavy MTs that are still around should get stuck, allowing you to kill off all the regular MTs, I'd advise getting rid of all the light MTs with Missile packs and the bazookas first since they are one of the big reasons why this fight can be annoying

This is the worst boss fight I gave ever played in my entire life. Its not enough that you have to fight him while dodging 100 enemies, but lets give him the ability to HEAL aswell? Also, because there are so many effing enemies on screen, very lften when you finally have him staggered and can deal som damage the edding auto aim locks onto another enemy... i have never ever seen a worse designed fight in a critically acclaimed game. I am so close to delanding a refund

In the Arena they don't have repair kits, and you're only facing them one-on-one. In Intercept the Redguns you have to contend with the dozens of MT's after you before you can even get to Michigan. That's hardly "artificial".

Michigan in the campaign has heals, 100 MTs and 2 tetrapods (which hit pretty hard).
